An excellent product! I bought these to replace some older units (a remodel changed the look, and the old bronze ones didn't match). The light is excellent, and with enough sunlight, they will go most of the night. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice accent light without getting a low voltage (wired) system.

I am very pleased with the overall quality of this set of Hampton Bay LED Pathway Lights. They arrived, packed securely without damage. Each post and light was individually wrapped to guard against scratches or breakage. They were so simple to assemble, ready in less than 10 minutes to position outdoors. The heavy plastic stake fits securely into the black powder coated aluminum post and that unit slides right onto the fixture base. Simply unscrew the cover, pull out the battery protection strip and replace the cover. No wires, and solar recharging batteries are included which are rated for 8 hours of operation depending on weather conditions. The light housing itself is a classic lantern shape with "water glass" textured real glass. The warm white light looks welcoming, not harsh. There is a 4-sided prism mirror in the base of the interior of the light which reflects the downward light up and through the glass. These lights are rated a 3/10 on brightness scale at 15 lumens so they should serve well as pathlights. Rust and weather resistance are mentioned in the description and I will be leaving them out this winter to test that. Overall a quality product out of the box.

This set is actually better quality than I expected and they seem to be sturdy. They snap together very easily in three pieces - the pointed part that goes in the ground, a straight riser, and the light. To activate, you simply turn the top until it pops off, pull the tape, and put the top back on. I installed them in the morning to give them all day to charge and I had light that first night. It takes less than 5 minutes to put all six together. I think the key to my enjoyment is not to put them very far apart. They identify the edge of our driveway very well and give our landscaping a little class. They are brighter than the other solar lights in the same area. They even light when covered by snow although they don't stay lit as long.

Beautiful lights made by the best in lighting!
Okay, maybe the ‘best in lighting’ is more my opinion than anything, but I have/do own a number of Hampton Bay products and have always found them to be of high quality and stylish looks. These solar path lights are no exception. EXTREMELY easy to install (putting them together and installing them took literally 10 minutes), they really dressed up my walkway and white light they produce light my front walkway very nicely. I particularly like they fact hey give off white and not amber light. They say they give off 8 hours of light on a charge, and I have found that to be true so far. Maintenance is easy; just a single battery to replace when the ones provided stop holding a charge. The lights are sturdy, even the plastic spike that keeps them in the ground (other branded lights I have owned have had this part made out of cheap, light plastic that bent out of shape when I first put them in; not these). While a 6-pack should be enough for most applications, I really could use two more. Great, classy landscape lights; you won’t be disappointed.
