Came well packed and was easy to assemble

It was missing the fire poker and doesn’t come with a cover. Other than that a quality item.

The fire pit itself and the screen are made of extremely thin and cheap material. Probably wont last a year. I dont recommend this to anyone!

The materials seem to be sturdy enough, but the fire pan holds water after a rain, and I'm assuming that months down the road the pan and screen cover will both begin to rust. If you buy this fire pit, buy a cover for it, like I am.

I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase

The grill inside the pit is already Bent and rusting. The lid is flimsy and the handle is directly in the middle where the flames would be. I do like the metal frame that goes around the pit itself.

Easy to install and it looks great

This was easy to put together. It is a solid and attractive piece. We unboxed it in the garage and brought to the area in back because it is heavy. All components were there. Had a nice little fire tonight. I can’t comment on durability because we just got it but am pleased with the purchase thus far.

We love this fire pit. Looks great and the edging around is very nice.

It was beautiful, but would have been much better if the parts kit had been included in the packaging. Trying to locate the customer service number for Hampton Bay without the paperwork was trying to the point I returned it to the store.

It was a little smaller than I thought and the fire pit was shallow but I did buy on line

We used this fire pit one time and the next day, I noticed the bottom had already begun to corrode. Unfortunately when buying a fire pit, you just need something that uses quality products, NOT "heat resistant" paint. If you spend a bit more you can get a much nicer fire pit with a lifetime warranty. If you like the way this pit looks, feel free to purchase it but be ready to replace it or its tray very soon. The exterior is quite nice, but as far as the fire pit goes, it is just too much money for something that appears to not last a year.

I like the fire pit, but the cover got back ordered and now it’s already rusting on the top. Very frustrating.

Was super easy to put together. Just the four sides that are already assembled and the top!

Our online order came in a few days. The only problem was we had to wait a week for the hardware. So make sure you order early enough in case there is a mishap. We were very satisfied with the fire pit itself, and it was easy to put together.

We really like this fire pit design and it fits our home well. It's also very easy to assemble. The packaging of this item for shipping is excellent and ours arrived without any damage, but the instructions showed a fire grate and poker as included. We never received those parts and so we bought a fire grate separately from another company. Not sure if our model was supposed to have those or not. Nice product overall, though. We'll see how it holds up in the weather. Hampton Bay should offer a cover for this one - that would be a nice accessory.

The metal coating started bubbling and smoking noxious fumes when we started our first fire in it.
