Assembling anything with an armrest is truly an awful experience. How do you know the manufactures realize this is an issue? Look at this picture. I purchased this set and the Rock cliff set and this has been brutal. Obviously you need to leave the screws loose while assembling and use a star pattern when attempting to line up the screws but it’s still going to be an issue.

I got this set for my new house, it came assembled (I asked it at Home Depot) is very sturdy, comfortable, heavy and looks beautiful!!

I bought this set and attempted to put it together, but many of the holes did not line up with the screws. Additionally, there was a defect on the table. Spent 40 mins on the phone with customer service and 2 hours of trying to put the couch together, we returned it. I would not recommend buying this product and does not meet its price point. Very disappointed!

We decided to buy this after seeing it in person at the store. It was comfortable and I liked the the table was a bit higher so we could eat at it if we wanted. We still ordered after reading the reviews about how hard it is to put together. We thought we would be fine and just follow the instructions and expect that it’ll be a challenge, but oh man... putting this together was incredibly frustrating! For one of the chairs we could not get one of the screws in the hole at all even though we kept all the others “loose” first. Fingers crossed that it’ll hold together. If you must buy this, hire task rabbit to put it together for you!! We wish we would have! It also scratches very easily we were careful with it but just moving it while trying to get the screws in scratched it up see in the photo.

Very pleased with this patio set. Order the malachite color,it’s a deep Emerald green. The delivery was behind due to a winter storm. Setup is pretty easy as well, all in all a great set!!

This patio set is very sturdy. The cushion have lots of support.

I will begin by saying the 6 piece set is very nice for the money. It is sturdy and comfortable, the cushions are nice quality and the slip covers are well made. It's fairly easy to put together with a power drill and correct bit. However, many of the holes are just slightly off, so getting the screws into place can be a challenge. My advice to anyone putting this together is to leave the screws pretty loose until all the screws are in place and then tighten each one a little at a time until they are all completely in place. The screw heads strip VERY easily if you use too much pressure to turn them. They don't give you a lot of spare parts, so take your time. I love the long sofa for taking naps on and having a group of people, although this is not the year for that. My only real complaint is that I ordered 2 extra chairs and the slip covers provided with them do not match the slip covers on the 6 piece set (see picture). For some reason Home Depot thought it was ok to cheapen out on the additional chairs by using slip covers that obviously belong to another set, like it's one size fits all. They have ties on them (the Windsor chairs do not have a place to tie anything), wimpy cording, black zippers on biscuit colored fabric and are not reversible like my other cushions, due to the position of the zippers and ties. The pillow slip covers for the extra chairs have tucked corners unlike the 6 piece set which has knife edge corners on its covers. Additionally, the new slip covers are sewn on a different nap and it is noticeable! I have made several calls to Home Depot and Hampton Bay to try and get matching slip covers only to be told that apparently they have no idea why the covers don't match and they probably don't even have the original covers anymore. The chair covers ARE NOT made for my Windsor chairs and I am extremely frustrated at this point that my set has covers that don't match! Why would you sell something and advertise it as matching when it doesn't? I should take away 2 stars for that, but I don't want anyone to think the set isn't well made. Just don't buy the matching chairs and expect the covers to match.

Very comfy, cushions hold up well. Lost a star because the armrests “look” like wood but are actually metal and get super hot. Too hot to touch!

Beautiful Patio set.

It's extremely comfortable and VERY sturdy (I was over 300lbs when the set was purchased.) I've had the set since early March 2020 and it has given me a WONDERFUL place to sit and relax/ entertain a friend or two during these social distancing times. The cushions dry quickly and are very easy to brush off (I purchased a hand held wisk broom knowing the surrounding trees would shed.) I absolutely LOVE this set!

I am very pleased with this patio selection. It is very comfortable, sturdy, and classy. I was looking for a nice set to unwind and entertained. This set nailed it. It was somewhat difficult to put together. My biggest problem now is to keep the dog away from it.

We waited too late to get a good selection of patio furniture. Home Depot had this set in stock ( beige) so we bought it even tho reviews said the assembly was a beast. The box said it was brown with beige cushions. I was happily surprised to see that there was a lot of gray in the coloring... both the frame and the cushions. I’m a 56 year old woman and I was able to assemble the whole set myself. The table and ottomans were super easy. The first chair wasn’t too bad, but I had one screw misaligned in the second chair. I got it in as far as it would go and called it good. Very sturdy. Same thing with the sofa, one measly screw hole was slightly off where the screw couldn’t be fully screwed in. I called it good and put it on my patio. It’s very heavy, sturdy and comfortable. We love it!

LOVE!!! It's exactly what I wanted for a very good price. No need to pay thousands for a high quality patio set. I Love it so much!!! I over estimate the size of my patio so the table is now by my BBQ. It looks and feel expensive.

Beautiful quality furniture. Very comfortable. The only problem I had was the difficulties in putting it together. The most difficult product I've ever had to assembly and I've done dozens in my lifetime. The tiny allen wrench and getting the bolts to grip were my issues. Worth the work though!

This set is great, very comfortable and robust. We bought it on a special and so far it seems like a great value for the price. I recommend you to invest in a couple of accessories to ease your installation and maintenance: first of all, buy yourself a small ratchet - the smallest you can find - with the right size hexagonalinsert (I think it was 5mm, but I'm not sure) to tight the screws during assembly. It's a 15$ investment that will cut your assembly time in half. Secondly, we bought a water resistant cover that is large enough to cover the entire set; we place it every time we are not using the set and it's a piece of mind against any unexpected rain and even against the sun.

We were super impressed that the delivery team took the 2 large boxes around the back of the house and found a spot out of the rain! My husband put this together with no problems and we are very happy with the size and quality of the set. We specifically wanted the table to be high enough to have a meal or a cocktail on and it’s also a very comfortable height to perch and watch your iPad or laptop on. The cushions are very stiff but I’m sure we will wear them in to a comfortable spot in no time. Just be careful about scratching the surface of the table. Everything is made of metal, painted to look like wood and it will scratch easily.

We regret to inform our concerns regarding the quality of this patio set. Firstly, the quality of the screws provided is alarmingly poor, unlike anything we have previously encountered. Additionally, upon delivery, it was observed that the exterior packaging of the pallet was damaged, leading to noticeable scuffs along the edges of the chairs. Furthermore, it appears that the protective caps for the legs of both chairs and tables have been manually trimmed in an attempt to secure them, raising concerns about their longevity and effectiveness in remaining in place.

Hello, I need to replace the cushions, specifically for the ottoman's. I see in the reviews that there is a number to call to order, but the number seems invalid.

Haven’t had a chance to use it much but it’s comfy & beautiful! Table top shows scratches already though

Look super nice but the leg's are uneven have to put cardboard under two legs.
