Bought two slabs for our cabin counter tops. We had to make a cut in each slab. One for the range and one for the sink. The one slab with the sink was fine. The other slab, whatever finish they put on it was complete trash! As you can see in the photos, it peeled up every where along the cut and even where we put tape to mark the cut the coating came up with it. Both Home Depot and the supplier refused to replace the slab or offer any sort of compensation because we made a cut. Insane.

The piece is very beautiful and looks solid and sturdy. I used it for a countertop in a bathroom and it really makes a statement in the design. My only complaint is that it didn’t come sealed.

This is a beautiful piece of wood.

Since the countertop is live edge on both sides; we decided to use it as a countertop in our walk-in pantry.

Nice looking desk top with the live edge giving some extra appeal. Heavy, solid board that has been working great as my desk for a few weeks now.

The piece itself is beautiful looking. The live edge is very subtle, but that is what we wanted. Every piece is dynamic in color and grain, so you never know what you are going to get. The quality though is "decent". It was not planed very well and wavy. There was quite a bit of wood filler as well. Overall we love it, but realize this is not truly a "finished" piece.

Absolutely love this product. Yes, there may be some flaws and imperfections, but it's wood and that is part of the character! Gorgeous and I receive nothing but compliments on our office.

I ordered two pieces knowing the woods would be different colors and both were beautiful! They were in great shape, shipped well and i'm very happy with the quality!

I was happy to see these back in stock in order to purchase and build a new corner desk. When I first got them delivered, I took them out to look at them, and one of the first things I noticed was some of the finish looked faded. I think I read on here where you can just add some mineral oil to get it more even, ok, no big deal. Then I noticed a chunk out of one of the corners. It was oiled, so it didn't happen in shipping, I didn't take a pic, but it's maybe 1/2 inch chunk off the corner. I had arranged to have a local woodworker come and take both pieces and miter the ends, join them and then seal the wood for me. Once he got them to his shop, he noticed several cracks in the wood that he felt needed to be addressed so they wouldn't come apart with normal use. I had also noticed quite a bit of wood filler throughout each piece, but I figured most of it was on what I was going to use as my bottom, so I could deal with it. Look, bottom line, while they look good/decent, they are not really well made or crafted together. Just know going in what you are paying for.

I LOVE my new countertops. This beautiful countertop made my new kitchen. The live edge gives such a rich look. Was easy to install and cut. So glad I found these counters. Couldn't be better!

We bought 2 PCs. of wood to make a bar top. It came out perfectly.

Got this top delivered 10 days back. I bought this top to use as an office desktop. After a week or so, decided to put some water poly (Behr fast drying water polyurethane) on it, and after 2nd coat, few areas seemed to be losing the natural color, the color seemed to fade away. It looked fine after first coat. Home Depot was super kind to take it back and issue a refund. But, i dont know what to do when i buy one again. All i did was sand lightly and clean the oil stain away before applying poly. It could be an issue with the poly or could be issue with thrle wood. So, any advice would be appreciated.

I love how nicely this is sanded and that all the edges are soft. the 1.5 inch thickness feels super beefy.the time was packed nicely and arrived on time. thank you!my only suggestion for improvement would be to plane the bottom so that it's flat.

After installation of the countertop it cracked within 2 weeks.

You get what ya pay for people. This is a cheaper option and easy to install but yea its obviously not one solid peice, duh. Anyways its still gorgous and make for really pretty counter tops. We just did two coats of polyurathane on it to seal it better from water.

I have had the countertop in my home for approximately 15 days and the wood has seperated where the boards were jointed with glue... Very disappointed.

Beautiful piece of wood. its 3 slabs stuck together. semi finished and filled with wood fillers in some places. looks great on my standing desk frame and am sure it will last a very long time.

It is a beautiful piece, the wood with live edge works so perfect for counter on coffee bar. Highly recommend V Borgaro

I really wanted to like this, but it is cracked through at the edge and the crack extends about 12 inches into the board. I didn’t notice until I took it in the lights to wipe it down, rag caught, ugh. I know these things are mother nature’s product and sometimes flaws are inherent, but upon closer inspection it appears the end of the crack had already been filled. That just made me mad. I expected better. I will be returning this.

Beware! This is a faux finish! The acacia wood is very light in color naturally. This appears to have been "finished" with dark glazes to create graining and hide flaws. I didn't realize it until I used masking tape to create a cut line with the saw. After cutting, not only did I see that the fresh cut edge in no way reflected the surface colors, but as I removed the masking tape, the surface finish/paint came off with it! I also noticed raised grain rough spots that when lightly sanded removed the colors. This turned into a disappointing mess that looked nothing like the pictures and exposed bleach marks where they had tried to remove stains that bleached so they deep they couldn't be removed or stained correctly, hence the paint/glaze they used. Stay away from this one!

The product looks nothing like what is described and pictured on the website. It is much lower quality than advertised. I will be returning.

Very unhappy with this purchase. I ordered 2 of these and one of these already chipping away a layer of veneer like material from it. Please find attached images.
