Pros: - Quick and easy installation - Great quality; only one bad board found out of seven cartons - Beautiful appearance Con: - The floor tends to make a popping sound in a few places when walking on it. The floor was installed six days ago. Hoping that the popping sound will eventually stop as the floor settles in.

Highly recommend this product. It is well constructed/manufactured, installed without any issues, minimal waste and no damaged pieces were received. The randomness of the planks was not as random as I thought, but enough to make the finished floor look really nice. The random planks also cut down on the waste. It took me 3 days to install in a 12' x 16' bedroom, mainly because I had to continually move furniture around the room as I completed each section. Otherwise, I think it would have taken only a day to do it. I would recommend only one thing, that is if at all possible open up and view all the boxes of materials before you start. The color and grain varied significantly by box, which is what I wanted for a professional looking installation. However, you really need to plan your layout ahead of time, plank by plank and row by row, to get that variation in size, color and grain. It is well worth the time to do that for a nicely finished job and in my case couldn't have been achieved opening only two or three of the boxes ahead of time instead of opening all seven boxes I ordered. Also, not every box has the same number or size of random planks. Already have plans to purchase this product again to replace carpeting in another area in my house.

Excellent product very easy to lay and good quality. Snaps together easily and most boards were long in length. Very nice grain variation.

the issue is for the un-uniform color on surface, which has made me very frustrated!

After picking it up from the store the entire UHAUL smelled like pungent vinegar once we arrived home. I didn’t know what to think, but when we unloaded it and the smell followed and filled up the room without even unpacking the “wood”, I realized it was formaldehyde. This may be a USA product, and they claim FloorScore, but the formaldehyde content is overwhelming. I will be returning immediately and I hope I save someone the time lost, trouble caused, and toxic smell that we experienced.

Looks good. No problem installing and nice feel to walk on it. Overall grain seems a bit different from the other oak hardwood I have.

We like the Heritage Mill click lock product because it is an ‘all wood’ composite, with the top layer the finished floor, a mid layer of ply and a bottom layer usually of the same wood as the top. It is easy to cut and fit, no glue/adhesive, and in a few hours, you can have an average sized bedroom and closet area completely finished. It is an “instant gratification” project. A flooring installation kit to go along with your first project is invaluable.

Nice flooring. It says random length but 95% are the same size. Went together easily if you have done a click floor before. Finish is a satin sheen but looked good.

The flooring is excellent love it

Love it. Easy to install. Don't make my son's mistake of installing without reading instructions.... to avoid creaking need to use wood glue between each piece....

The flooring looks wonderful, it is a little difficult to snap into place, however the overall result is excellent!

They stink like formaldehyde. A lot. Have been indoors for a week and the whole room stinks. Have had one floor down, it stinks too. I don’t know if I’m going to use the rest still or return it. They look great. The install instructions were wrong on which side to start on, which made more work hammering the boards together - put the top lip down over the next board, don’t slide it under like the directions have you do! Mixed bag overall, a friend got the wide planks that didn’t smell at all.

Very recent installation...BUT happy and so far so good!

Product was excellent, installers, were very fast and efficient.

Product is very had to work with. It does not click or lock together easily. It’s more like whack-a-mole as the pieces want to bow up off the surface. I regret the purchase

The quality of the hardwood flooring was superb.

This flooring has a very matte finish - almost as if it's stained and left unsealed or unfinished. I hope it can withstand wear and tear. I'm disappointed with the overall look.

Nice looking results. However: The materials did not "click" together as easily / cleanly as I have seen in similar products. I had to tap along the long ends while pressing the individual boards flat.
