These extensions worked perfectly. Not sure who installed the shower plumbing at this new house but the shower pipe is ridiculously high. Was difficult to adjust the shower head even for me and I’m 6 feet tall.

This handy extension is exactly as advertised. It was easy to install and was able to be tightened with a wrench without damage. Washers on either end prevent leaks. I used a small amount of plumber's tape, but it probably was not necessary.

At first I thought it was kind of pricey, but there was nothing similar at the local HD. Ordered on line, product is very well made with a quality finish and easy to install. Worth the $$
