It's a good system but the wire is cheap and breaks very easy need to buy 14 gauge wire for it to hold up good

This item was a godsend for us. We had a big problem with Bower, our Jack Russell terrier, running into the street chasing cars. We nearly lost him on several occasions. Within hours of installing the High Tech system, Bower was safely contained in the yard. The product is well designed and built. Installation was easy, taking about half a day for our ¾ acre yard. Best of all, we were really surprised how easy it was to train Bower. The training instructions were simple, clear and easy to follow. We also liked the fact that the collar is rechargeable so, we don’t have to spend money replacing batteries. We did call the people at High Tech Pet to ask about accessories. We found them extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. All in all, this product changed our lives. We no longer get stressed out worrying that Bower might actually catch one of those cars he loves to chase! Definitely recommend!!

This product never worked right and the High Tech Pet customer support lived up to their name.....poor service. All I got was the run around. The Home Depot customer service however was superb! I called them and they said if I wasn't happy with the product to return it to any store no questions asked. Bought a Pet Safe brand from them the second time and it has worked great.
