bought 18 (3 bags) of these to hang a very heavy wall cabinet on metal studs. Drilled and inserted the anchors fine; however once I started to run the screws into the anchors, the toogle (anchor) broke loose from the remaining strap ( plastic square part) and fell into the wall. I thought maybe I damaged it. So by hand I took an extra anchor, and outside the wall; made like I was installing it; broke off the ties, then gave a slight tug on the anchor and it pulled off effortlessly. So what was happening is when you try to insert the screw into the anchor it pushes the anchor off the remaining strap.
Wasted 15 of these; and now need to start over. With another brand. Delayed my install and wasted my time and money. Poor quality product. I doubt I can return these since the other half of the device has fallen into the wall cavity. Looking for another brand. Should have read the ratings. Typical low quality product from Home Depot.

My TV Fall off whit this Anchor

I put my TV in the wall whit this anchors and after a year my TV fall off the wall total lost now i don't have a TV and get a hole in my wall this thing didn't support the 80 pounds that said in the package so no trust in this thing whit your expensive stuff maybe you regret later.....

After hours of wasted effort pursuing other options I used these anchors to install a pedestal sink to a tiled wall when the blocking didn't align with the mounting holes.. If you're having trouble finding an anchor that really holds strong these are the ticket, forget the traditional toggles with their huge entry holes and chintzy bolts.. I think as long as you handle the plastic parts in a gingerly manner and make sure the toggle is properly aligned you shouldn't have problems- I did notice that the plastic seemed brittle but I removed and reinserted one toggle a few times and it didn't snap like some of the other reviewers mentioned. I love the beefy 1/4" 20 bolts that can be swapped out for longer hex heads for torquing down the mount in confined spaces (like the underside of a pedestal sink) Highly recommended for anything too heavy and important for plastic expanders or traditional toggles.
The toggle will support heavier objects well.

I used these to secure a hanging rail for kitchen cabinets into steel studs. This can be frustrating since some steel studs are too narrow for the toggles as is. I had to trim the business end so that it would straighten out when inserted. It is also difficult to get the screw to find the screw hole in the bolt. If the toggle is secured too tightly the plastic anchors will break before one can get the screw in. Once in though, they work well.

seems to hold well, however it is very easy to break the zip tie portion and drop the metal nut down into the wall, thus losing it. this happened on 2 of the 6 I bought. I will stick with regular toggle bolts from now on

I used these togs to mount the bracket for my 50” Flat screen TV. With only one stud available to hold my lag bolts, these togs gave excellent support on both ends of the Bracket allow me to hang my TV with confidence.
