Review updateInitially wrote I couldn't get the anchors to work in an insulated wall. I decided to try another time to get them to work. Out of 12 anchors in the package, I was able to get 4 to work, each taking quite a bit of time to get into the right position. I used a screw driver and tool with a 45 degree angle to remove as much of the insulation as I could from the penetration hole. You must pull and hold the black strap at the bottom of the hole and then set the white insert. And if you're lucky, the screw and hole of toggle line up. I held the black strap tight after placing the white insert in the hole and then tightened the bolt to get the toggle secured against the wall. I kept the black strap in place and then tightened the shelving support bracket tight with the screw and then broke off the black strap. Before doing this, I lost 8 toggles behind the wall.
