Customer Reviews for Hillman 3/4 I.D x 1 O.D x 2 in. Seamless Steel Spacer (5-Pack)

I was a little concerned about some of the reviews that indicated the inside diameter was not a full 3/4 inch. However, they work fine for me because the rod passing through the spacers is threaded 3/4 inch rod. I tried a piece of unthreaded 3/4 inch rod and found it would not go all the way through. The smooth rod will go in from either side but gets stuck in the middle. I'm sure it would be easy to clean that out with a small sanding drum or file but it is unnecessary for my application.

Product was true to size and fit my application well.

Spacers did just what I needed for them to do.

I.D measurements are much smaller than listed. These are not true stainless steel! They’re magnetic. For my application these were useless, unless I spend hours boring them out on a lathe. Price seemed like a deal. I guess you get what you pay for.

They were okay. Had to hone the inside to remove rough spots before it would fit my application. Bought a bag of five. Every one had the same issue. Other than that small inconvenience they were just what I needed.

This was perfect for mounting a 4x4 on the side of my house. I drilled a 3/4 inch hole into my synthetic stucco (EIFS), removed the stryrofoam, drilled a hole for a lag screw into the stud, filled the hole with caulk, placed the spacer into the hole, and mounted my 4x4 with a 1/2” gap to the wall.

center hole diameter had to be honed for 3/4" id as listed -----ends were but center wasn't need to have better quality control on finished product if going to sell product with dimensions required when ordered!!!

Needed a couple of spacers to replace the wheels on my wheelbarrow. These completely solved the problem. Would like to see them in nylon or something other than steel to prevent rusting. Would highly recommend these spacers to get the job done.

3/4" ID hole was smaller than 3/4" and the bushings would not fit on a 3/4" shaft.
