Tried using with your spray Tour spray texture. Poor results and fosm edge feathered and left gaps. Just use a metal 6 in Blade.

This tool saved me a lot of time from not having to sand my spackle application. Great tool.

Difficult to figure out the best method to use to get the effect you want. Very light pressure seems to work best.

We used this knife to level patching compound on drywall. After spreading the compound on the affected wall I could level the surface with this knife and sanding was minimal. For our project of fixing walls in an older home before painting it made the job much easier and faster. Best part of this knockdown knife is that anyone can use it, I know very little about repairing drywall but I made patches that looked very good after painting.

Works better than a mud knife

Works well as described

This is not quality. This knockdown knife is just a plastic handle, a piece of foam, a strip of tape. That’s it. Cost $6.85. I thought that was expensive when I bought it. NOW I say $6.85 is robbery. On the first swipe, the tape started to pull away, causing the foam corner to bend. Very inconvenient. Do not buy this. It’s crap. And it’s very over priced.

Perfect for knockdown textures

I bought this for a different reason than the tool's purpose, however it did the job. I've been dealing with sap on my vehicle and how to remove it. I bought some Goo Gone, put a small amount on the sap, then used this tool with the soft blade to remove the sticky stuff. It worked great! It also left no residue and kept the shine.

A metal mud knife would be better

May work well withe the right foam bit mine didnt

Small and fits great in tough areas

The soft black sponge keeps coming off the metal part. O rating.

Works well. Just understand it is plastic and it is not un-breakable.

Does the job for small areas. Can use for larger areas too, just have to work a little faster.
