I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of this raven to add to our Halloween decor. The package arrived, the packaging box in excellent shape. Upon opening and seeing the product, I was so disappointed. It arrived broken. The head was rolling around in the bottom of the cage. I sent an email to customer service, and am still awaiting a reply. I am out my money and a Halloween decor.
