The look is great: it has a nicely understated style, the colors, texture, and print quality are all much better than most of what you see at this price. Also, unlike a lot of lower-end stuff, it isn't too glossy. I installed it in a bathroom, and it's perfect for that — not at all slippery but it doesn't feel "nonskid" either (seems like it'll be very easy to clean). But the interlocking system is thin and and the materials aren't the best, so it's pretty fragile — in particular, the click-lock edges and corners can chip pretty easily. That's to be expected from a thinner flooring like this, up to a point. I had it shipped to my house, and even though the external shipping boxes showed no visible corner damage and had styrofoam padding on both ends, too many interlocking corners were chipped. For the longe edges this isn't so critical (a tiny bit of misalignment will work with the texture), but for the butt ends it really matters. If you're thinking about buying this (or probably anything in this line), (1) make sure your subflooring is level and VERY smooth, (2) use only the thinnest underlayment, and (3) best to get it in-store so you can pick your boxes carefully.
