I ordered the winter mist side splash and the color...
I ordered the winter mist side splash and the color that arrived wasn’t even close to the color. Its cream colored and my sink bright white color winter mist sink top. I will be returning it.

The side splash was 3/4 of an inch too short....
The side splash was 3/4 of an inch too short. It doesn't bother my wife so I left it alone.

Beautiful color, and would have been what we needed to match the vanity. However, the sidesplash arrived with a couple small indents and some deeper scratches, along with a whole host of surface scratches. I was afraid this was going to happen, because we had to try two different Home Decorators Collection vanities to find one with acceptable levels of light scratches in them. NONE of the Home Decorators Collection products we've purchased from The Home Depot have been free of defects (typically scratches).
The manufacturer of these products really needs to work on fixing the sloppy quality control. The lack of sufficient quality control frustrates me, because we are prepping our home for sale and were already being delayed on being able to list our home, because this sidesplash was not in stock at our local Home Depot store.
The poor quality absolutely does not meet my standards. It also leaves me concerned that I will have to be extra-careful in cleaning these vanities. I am further frustrated that unless I am able to fix the scratches and conceal the blemishes myself, I may be stuck disclosing the defective sidesplash at closing. Until I have reassurance that this manufacturer has actually worked to correct quality control issues, I do not intend on purchasing from this manufacturer again.
I would provide photos, except that apparently, the ones I took were too large a size for Home Depot's website.

We ended up returning the vanity top and sidesplash. The product looked good but we ordered two of each and after 4 were damaged in shipping, we ordered a different top from Home Depot that was also a good color for us but much better packed.

Not sure why it was 2.13 inches longer!Was supposed to be 2.5 inches. My gosh, you ordered the countertop! It was previously 1/2”inch short. Then you sent one 1/8 inch too short. Shouldn’t that have been calculated with the vanity we bought. Or better yet, why not order what we asked for!!!! Tired!

The piece is smooth and straight. As it was bought to supplement a vanity top, I thought it would be the same size, NOT. It is about a 1/2 inch shorter than the vanity top is deep. That makes a small ledge on the vanity top that will just be a pain to clean. Seems that : one it should be the same size as it is offered as a supplement with the vanity top and two, it should be offered in the store instead of having to order it and wait for delivery.
