Pretty easy to install, took about an hour. Only small issue was getting the baskets into the brackets, hard to tilt the basket far enough to get the tabs into the slots, had to flatten the tabs with pliers to get it to work. Very satisfied with these!

Bought and installed July 2020. These are very nice. The instructions are pretty good. It would be nice if the left and right sides were labeled. But you can figure it out. Once installed they are great. It would also be nice if they offered a few more sizes. Almost all of my cabinets are different sizes.

Installed yesterday and it is a quality product. All parts and instructions are in English, I've bought several brands and this is the best price on the internet! Can't go wrong.

Well constructed and easy installation.

I needed to replace an older wire pullout drawer and am glad I chose this one. First of all, installation was VERY easy because the baskets go on at the end. The other one was all one piece which made things every difficult. The directions were clear. The only slightly tricky part is the small screws but if you magnetize your bit/screwdriver it’s not an issue. I love that the drawers move separately. It makes it easy to see what’s on the bottom. I paired it with 16” clear bins, one on top for spices and one on the bottom for powdery stuff like flour, sugar, etc. I couldn’t be happier with this product!!!

Once I got over the fact that these were shipped to me with only Spanish instructions, I went on the Home Depot website and downloaded the instructions in English. The units were not difficult to assemble, and I had two of these installed within 60 minutes. I installed them in a double door pantry so I anchored them to the floor and back wall only, they appear to be very rigid and sturdy. My pantry door openings are 24" and the depth is 24" and they fit perfectly. Now I have to purchase at least two more sets, I can't believe how much easier these make stocking a cabinet. I would recommend these to anyone as I think they are a fine product. I did have a metal bar that shipped with each organizer, but I can't find out where to put it, nothing shows up in the instructions or in the what's included section.

This is really pretty simple to install. We had a half shelf in our old cabinet so the hardest part for us was to remove the shelf as it was not held in by the little plastic supports so we had to cut it and pull it away from the sides and staples at the back. This was put together and installed in all total of about one half hour. Love the fact that we actually have more space with this bull out baskets.

These wire pull out baskets are very heavy duty and I am sure will handle the 75 pounds they are rated for. The baskets themselves are nicely finished and they will store an amazing amount of stuff. I would have given them five stars, but I did have a few issues. I think the frame for the baskets is very industrial in appearance which wouldn’t show if I had a very narrow cabinet that I was installing them in. However, when installing these baskets under a sink cabinet, as shown, the frame shows. Secondly, the instructions show the drawer slide being attached to the face frame of the cabinet on one side for stability. My cabinets don’t have a face frame so I had to make a wood spacer and attached it to the cabinet wall and then attached the upper drawer glide to that. Then there is the issue of the cross support piece. It is supposed to be attached to the frame below the upper basket to ensure the other side is stable too. However, if you mount the upper basket as low as you can on the frame, you will find there aren’t any screw holes below the upper basket to attach the brace. I guess it is possible when using the lowest setting for the upper basket rigidity isn’t an issue, but the instructions don’t say that. Fortunately, when all was said and done and the baskets are mounted, they work very well.

These are great for organizing under your kitchen or bathroom cabinets. My cabinet although it was deep and wide enough has a "drop" so when the sliders/basket extends it hits the front inside of the cabinet,. Had to do a bit of woodwork to raise the cabinet`s floor level to make this doable for me. The workmanship of the sliders and baskets are quite good but the left side & right side of these baskets hook onto the sliders in different ways which i found confusing until i got the hang of it -to me it seems that one side anchors better than the other . Both baskets are NOT the same size (you cant tell unless they are side-by-side then you notice one of them is like 2 inches longer!) -i didnt see it written anywhere about this point so i wound up putting the smaller "top basket" on the bottom then realised when the other basket was to large to go up top. This unit secures into the cabinet by screws( included) that go into the back and bottom of the cabinet. A plus is that my sinks pipe is in the way of the upper basket but there are 4 levels you can drop the basket level by so that big issue was solved! I still have to paint the floor of my cabinet so its not screwed in yet but everything looks good. I have had these kind of pull-out baskets in a previous home and your kitchen just not complete without them! They make getting items off lower shelves so much easier -it ratchets up the quality & value of the kitchen too!

We absolutely love our Home Decorators' double tier pull-out basket! Organizing the pantry was quite a feat and this two tier basket system fits the bill perfectly! The directions (in English and Spanish) are clear and easy to follow. The only thing I'd recommend to the company is to identify the pieces better. There are two left hand slides and two right hand slides that are not marked so you have to figure out which one is which. They come in plastic packages as a pair- one left and right. To make it easier for you to identify the left and right bars, just make sure that the black bumper is in the back and the slide pulls out toward you; then make sure that the metal tabs are pointed up. That's the hardest part of the construction of these baskets. Just follow the directions and you'll be done in no time! The top basket can be screwed in at one of four different heights. You'll have to decide how high you want it before you fasten the screws. I was able to drill a few pilot holes into the cabinet to make it easier for the screws. Installing the baskets might seem a little confusing until you realize that the baskets have small holes or slots running down the left sides that must fit onto the metal tabs on the drawer pulls. Once in place the basket snaps into place and voila! You are done! We installed Home Decorators' one drawer basket and liked it so much that we got this two drawer one. Now our pantry looks great! These drawers are also good for pots and pans. I would highly recommend this to friends and family.
