Having no prior experience installing a laminate hardwood floor, I did my due diligence before pulling the trigger, E.g. YouTube, manufacture's website, etc. I rely heavily on product reviews and was hesitate to purchase this particular laminate flooring considering the 3 1/2 star reviews. This floor was a breeze to install in two separate walk-in closets in our master bedroom. I used a laminate flooring blade on my jigsaw to make all rips and cuts of these boards with no problems whatsoever, just a bit more time consuming going the jigsaw route. The hardest part is getting your measurements right for the last row and getting the board to sit in the tongue and grove properly. I did have to use a laminate flooring pull bar to get the last board to sit properly in the last closet. Compliments all around on the look of the finished flooring, I highly recommend this product!

  • Great appearance! Some flaws in design.

Pros: Appearance, price, pattern repeats randomly, even in same lot number Cons: could not use from different boxes randomly, dimensions were slightly off on a few, making it very difficult to get together properly. Some long seams don't completely meet. Be sure your floor is perfectly flat. Since these do not have lips on the end that lock together, they don't stay smooth. The instructions say to glue the end seams on first row of any run, do it. Otherwise they will stick up. The 6.26" width and 50.78" length makes room layout a little difficult, but not bad enough to not buy this flooring. Overall, for the price, this is a great choice for flooring.

  • Horrible flooring ever!!!!
  • December 02, 2014

This is the most horrible flooring ever. The tongues and grooves are not long and deep enough to hold them in place. Our floor was level but only being installed for a couple of weeks it's starting to come up. Spend a little more to get some good quality flooring. Wished we would have.

  • Love the floor!

I had a 10 yr. old pine floor that I was getting tired of. First I thought I would do a hardwood floor until I starting checking prices. I brought home one box of this laminate and set it up on the floor and fell in love with it! It's the best! I never thought I would be happy with laminate, but this is wonderful! I don't even want to put down an area rug on it....I don't want to cover any of it up!!!

this stuff is a great value. it's easy to install and looks great, within the right context of course. matter of fact, it looks better than real wood [veneer] engineered flooring...it doesn't have that cheesy glossy look to it, and half the price or less... looks natural.

I wrote an original review of this product in April of 2016, after having just installed. After that time (now August 2018) our floors are SO squeaky. I don't have this problem with other floors installed on our upper level, just these. I'm super disappointed; however, the look is still very nice and no scratches, etc.

  • Beautiful & Durable Flooring!

I bought this flooring in March 2015. Installed it myself while my husband was out of town. Prior experience isn't needed, you can find sooo many good aids online that will give easy to follow instructions on how to work around doorways. Its a very durable product! We have 3 large dogs over 70 lbs each and this floor doesn't show it! Not to mention how clean it always looks, even when it's not! Planning on redoing our dining room with it soon...

Loved the look, but it doesn't fit together very well. Used a lot of tongue and groove glue.
