Easy to assemble but I made a critical error. Prior to installing the backing, get a streel framing square (see picture) to make sure you have a 90 degree angle on all corners of the assembly. I did not do this and as a result I drilled through several points *and* caused my cabinet to skew slightly. Predrilled holes might have helped here, but so would a few minutes of thought prior to me rushing through this.

The product was easy to put together. And simply beautiful.

Home Decorators Collection Artisan Medium Oak Buffet is a nice addition to our dining room. We purchased it for extra storage of kitchen appliances. Easy to assemble following the instructions. The only thing I didn’t like was the back panel which is nothing more than cardboard laminate.

Very disappointed in the quality of this cabinet. As stated, it is MDF with a paper thin sheet of veneer. The back is thin and taped together at the center. In production, someone drilled the knob holes on the same side as where the hinges go so they puttied them in and stained over it. It is ridiculously obvious and not sure how it got past quality control (if there is one). The "wood" is so soft, the screws don't tighten very well. Overall, it was easy to put together. We recently purchased a kitchen pantry cabinet from Home Depot from the HomeStyles Artisan Cottage Oak line and it is 100% better than this cabinet. This cabinet is not worth what the price is.

I had been looking for a buffet for awhile and was very specific about what I wanted: no wine rack, no see through doors, no drawers, and very simple clean lines. Everything that met my criteria was either very expensive ( in the $1000s) or very cheaply made out of particle board. When this arrived, my husband and I were very impressed. It is gorgeous and very solid! It did take awhile for him to put it together, but it was so worth it. It holds a ton of dishes and glasses and is exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. Love it!!!

I started looking at the Amish furniture store for a Buffet cabinet and really like what I saw I found one that I liked for $3500. I found this one on Home Depot for $600 and for the price it can't be beat! The quality is pretty good, probably the best I have ever seen for home assembled furniture. The directions are very clear and easy to follow. It took me about 2.5 hours to unpack and assemble and I couldn't be happier! The door screw broke but I had plenty on hand, no problem.

Good quality piece for the money. Pretty easy to assemble, but I did need to use a drill to open up the holes for wood screws. Looks great with our existing mission dining room.

Nice piece of furniture. The instructions need to be revamped; they have the cabinet standing up to put the back piece on, which is difficult to do because there are no pre-drilled holes on the backside of the cabinet. You need to lay the cabinet on the front side to screw in the back panel. Several missed spelled word, missing wood screws and the ones I had, broke when I was screwing them in. And the replacement screw that I was sent were the wrong size. FYI, I am a 72 yr. old woman working alone to put this together.

Really quality product. Instructions were thorough, and hole were all aligned. Nice to see a product that is as represented in the picture. Will buy more of this product line.

Very nicely made. The front doors do have a small, maybe 1/4" gap between the two doors when closed even though the photo shows them closed completely and no gap. Shelves are adjustable so that is great.

Great looking piece and easy to put together

Heavy duty buffet. Excellent quality. Assembly is moderately difficult but the instructions are clear and the whole thing can be put together in less than 2 hours. The result is great.

We have put together a great deal of wooden furniture in our time and this price, though it looks good now that it is together, was tough to assemble. It seemed to me that the wood was too soft and the screw holes and peg holes needed to be deeper and reinforced. We needed to use extra wood and glue to give it more stability.

The cabinet was easy to assemble by following the instructions provided. All of the hard wares were available. The cabinet came out nice. I’m satisfied with the appearance.

Nice buffet with solid wood + mdf. It is a little bit short but looks great.

Assembly went as described. Good instructions. Everything fit well. Turned out very nice for the price.

Product was as described. Unfortunately there was a large scratch on the piece, and assembly was more difficult than expected. It otherwise was as described and fits well in my dining room.

It arrived in two boxes, packaged securely and nothing was damaged. The color is just like the picture and the finish goes well with my antique oak pieces. The instructions were easy to follow and I didn’t need any help putting it together, just some help to stand it upright. The hinges are easily adjusted. I wish I could include a picture, it’s worth the price. I’m using it as a TV cabinet and there is plenty of room in the cabinets.

Nice piece once assembled, instructions are fairly useless.

The buffet arrived on time as promised. It is made of good quality materials and was easy to easy to assemble with the help of another person for the initial pieces. The parts fit well and the finished buffet is beautiful! Completely satisfied with the quality and price.
