After outdoor use for less than 2 years I have two of these fans that have now failed to oscillate. No way to repair the motors from what I can tell. Useless junk "DON"T PURCHASE THESE PIECES OF CRAP !!" They look real nice and when they worked they were great but I now can accept the fact that they are now boat anchors.

Purchased 2 fans, one doesnr oscilate at all, makes a loud banging noise. How dissapointing! I can not afford to take down and request a return as electrician will charge me yet another visit. Don’t recommend this product don’t waste your time or money.

Low speed is to high very noisy sounds like a plane taking off. Will be returning.

Love this fan! Does a great job, liked it so well we ordered another one for a different area.

Fan does not oscillate sufficiently. In fact it is downright poor, but after paying for installation, I decided to keep it anyway.

The fan worked one day, had to buy another remote and receiver to see if that will work, so must pay someone to remove and replace. If that is not the problem then must pay to remove fan altogether.

Did not fut in our area. Returned.

This is the perfect fan for our porch and looks great too!

It would not oscillate, fan speeds worked. Returned it Home Depot for refund. Nice idea bad design.

It did not rotate horizontally and shook/rattled when it tried to rotate in vertical plane. Had to return it.

I hate this because I loved the looks of it on my patio. Install went well and fan turned on as it should. All went wrong when I turned on the oscillation feature. Immediately sounded like a broken transmission and got stuck in a position facing a window. Took it down and took it back. Going a different direction

Biggest piece of junk, 1st fan did not work, exchanged for another same fan, same results oscillation stops working and can hear the plastic gears clicking, junk,junk,junk........

Satisfied with this one, first one received had to be returned due to noise in motor. Quick response from company and HD. Must admit this fan would have received an excellent if they’re hadn’t been a slight wobble when turning it off.

Great outdoor fan. The oscillating feature is wonderful.

This move a ton of air for our outdoor patio- love that we can have them move around or be stationary.

Purchased 2 of these for my outside room. With construction delays and the pandemic they have been sitting in garage for a year until today. Had them professionally installed by an electrician, they oscillated for about and hour before they stopped. I should have returned them and repurchased so they would be inside the window. I cannot recommend anyone purchase these fans. Of course I’d have to pay to take them down as well.

Beautiful fan, but the oscillating wasn't working correctly and was installed by an electrician. Returned to Home Depot.

Great looking fan. Fits perfecting under our ramada.

Quality of build looked OK, but didn’t get any farther than opening the box. The oscillation movement from a fan pointing straight down to the ground was not satisfactory for air movement beyond something directly below it. I returned and bought a wall mounted version.

Looks great in loft area of beach home. Distributes air to the loft area and even down below.

It looks a little cheap. Works fine so far. Wish it was more flexible.

Perfect for our small outdoor porch. Easy to install and looks great. I only wish it would turn at a greater angle.

The fan is a nice alternative to a traditional ceiling fan. We needed something for our small art studio to help cool in the summer and this fan works perfectly. It isn’t silent, but it really moves the air and the oscillating feature is very nice.
