I did 250' squares, easy installation, nice tight fit, with the seems. easy straight cuts with razor knife, for more complicated cuts I use a angle Grinder with a Dimond blade very smooth cuts, the customer loved the final product installed.

This exceeded our expectations.Looks even better installed. We love the color and I have scooted furniture across it and dropped many tools etc and no damage. Had it down four months. Very heavy traffic.

It hasn’t been long and my flooring is peeling and popping up, i don’t use heat and barely mop because I didn’t want it to ruin the floors but it wouldn’t have mattered because this flooring is no good unfortunately

Very brittle lvp. Does not lock well. If this is your first project, go with a more vinyl type flooring rather than this particle style lvp.

Leo hill oak came out looking nice. a little bit thin... not sure about durability

We bought tons of this flooring over the past 3 yrs. The new boxes we just ordered for my toddlers room have different boxes/branding and a different wear layer. The color matches but the texture is smoother without graining and matte finish. The glue on the underlayment is sloppy, and it feels overall cheaper and thinner. I doubt the new stuff will hold or be as quiet as the old. I was looking to order another 1k sq ft for the kitchen and bathrooms but looks like I'll just be tiling instead.

Floor was a little harder to put together than others. Some didn’t click well and then pulled the previous ones apart. Color was WAYYYY dark than pictured and than in sample. Don’t know if we would have chosen it if we knew how dark it was. Some parts of laminate are already peeling off and we just installed yesterday.

So many planks have separated and theres no way to push them back togeyher without breaking them. Absolutely do not recommend. Just put this down 2 years ago and the entire floor needs replacing now.

Struggling to find three planks in a box not chipped

I just had this installed for a remodel project and it has scratches all over. I haven't even moved in yet! Not high quality and I'm regretting this purchase. I wish I would've just spent a little more on something higher quality! Also, several pieces came damaged, I assume from shipping.

We purchased this flooring for our home and within a month started to crack and peel on the corners and separate at the seams! We contacted the manufacturer (MSI) about their product and they sent an inspector to look at it. The inspector told us right away it’s always installation not the product. When you have a problem with this companies product they will not stand behind it and warranty is useless. They will claim its installation every time! This flooring is defective an should be recalled

Workers arrived this morning to install. Boxes looked ratty and taped up. All the corners were chiped, presumably from rough handling.

We hired a friend to install. He loved them so much, that he’s redoing his kitchen using them.

This is a beautiful, natural looking floor with just a bit of sheen. I’m not a fan of the flat matte because it always looks dusty. You won’t be disappointed. I chose the rustic hickory.

I purchased 2 pallets of this so-called 100% waterproof flooring for my bar. . A few months after installation the joints started separating. installed as a floating floor Some sections of the floor got so bad that I had to replace them. I had purchased extra as I anticipated some damage in a bar. instructions also say you can adhere the flooring with recommended adhesive. I tried that, it did not help ALL of the planks have “cupped the edges are higher than the center. It was installed by licensed contractor. It looked amazing at first before it fell apart. instructions indicate “this product is waterproof but it is not a moisture barrier.” temp must be between 65 - 85°F for the life of the product warranty does not cover scratches accidents abuse, pet claws teeth, stairs are excluded

It installed fine looks great as soon as your done but sweep it and have a little something on the floor scratch. It’s awful had the floor for 3 months looks 10 years old. Also told person at Home Depot it was for a rental. That was money I couldn’t afford to waste. Pick laminate it’s very durable and hard to scratch,,doesn’t scratch like vinyl Wish someone told me that before buying.

Do not get this product. It looks nice but will come up very easily. The manufacturer will not stand behind their product and will use any reason not to replace. Within one year, the floor started to curl and crumble even through I had a rug over it. It should have been able to withstand the use. Or at the very least there should be a warning.

The floors have been in for 1day and it is starting to show signs of wear. Don’t know how to describe it. See attached photo. This has happened at 3 different locations. I should have went with an engineered hardwood. It’s just me and my Yorkie so we didn’t cause this wear. Disappointed!

This Madison mill color is very dark gray. I'm very upset because I can't return it or exchange without paying restocking fees. Even though the salesman told my husband that there wouldn't be any. Now, I'm stuck with this dark color flooring. I need carpet but I will Not buy it at home depot.

This is a amazing floor easy to walk easy to clean and my two special need kids feel comfortable walking in barefoot something had problem with other floor brands

This is the worst purchase I have ever made! 8 years ago I bought the cheapest floor available and the only scratches are under my bed. This time around I could splurge & fell in love with this pretty blue second most expensive floor available. There was a scratch before it was even fully installed. 1 week later there are 100’s of scratches! Under every piece of furniture, all over under the desk chair, and table chairs, as well as everywhere my kids play. I am more than unhappy with this TRASH!

I picked this out because I really liked the blue tone in it. I have not been disappointed. We put this in a small secondary bathroom and in two places at the front entry of our house. My husband installed it in the bathroom. It wasn't too hard for him to install but he chose to have a contractor put it in the other two places. The contractor said that it was good quality and they had no problem installing it. It has been installed in the bathroom for over 6 months and there have been no issues. The front entry has only recently been installed.

We really needed a non-slip floor for a disabled person. We also wanted a light floor with some nice color variations but no overly look of light and dark stripes that comes with some LVP when installed. Alest is perfect.

If you are having cupping issues it’s because you installed them too tight together. If the seams are splitting it’s because you need to click lock the seams with a rubber mallet, installed all sorts of floors and these are by far some of my favorite. Got to be gentle when connecting seams to not bang too hard or use proper tools that are softer plastic not metal. If your cuts are rigid it’s because you need a diamond saw blade made for laminate. Only complaint is they do scratch easily!

Price was good and like the color and texture .the only issue is that it should be click lock on the butt joints . The tongue and grove system doesn’t seem to be the greatest IMO. I think had I know this I would have went another direction. Overall happy with the product results and it is easy to install .

I searched for a long time to find what I was looking for. I will say, seeing it in person was what made me buy it. The online picture does not do it justice. My flooring guy said it was easy to work with and he had no issues at all!! It looks beautiful. Just got it done so we will see how it holds up.

This floor is by far the worst floor iv ever put down. The double lock makes it hard to put down and lock in with out messing up the edges. It’s also too expensive to be cheaply made, iv had 4-5 sheets roll on the edge when trying to put down. You have beat the boards together it’s not a normal quick lock. The end cuts show on the surface and you can see bits of the grey underneath. The color is great and what we wanted but I’ll never buy this brand of floor again.

Bought an older condo and I had it professionally renovated before moving in day after Thanksgiving. I chose this blue flooring site unseen via the website on home Depot and my crew just completed it and it's STUNNING. Based on lighting it can look gray but in the sun it's definitely blue and gray. 100% waterproof guarantee!! I had ceilings and trim in white and all walls in SW NORTHSTAR and it's amazing. It's a floating floor so it should not rise up if installed correctly.
