We bought a bernese puppy and he easily gets hot. I decided to recreate what he loves to sleep on during the day (kitchen/living room floor combo) because he was having a hard time sleeping in his crate so, I measured the inside of the crate & bought 3 of these tiles. We just had our first night where he didn't wake up every 2-3 hours. He slept for 5 hours straight & only woke up because I went to check up on his to make sure he was fine lol He was mostly on the tile and his head was on his bed.

Tiles look great. Polished, and pretty. They look like marble. Install is pretty easy, they are thick and heavy (10mm thickness), so I would recommend getting your bottom tiles in and dry first before stacking higher. Unfortunately; the paper used in between the tiles- smells horrendous. I have no other way of describing the odor other than it smells like human waste. I'm not joking - I thought one of our waste lines wasn't properly capped.

I agree with the reviews regarding the shade variations, easily chips and repeated patterns of pieces. I do like how our bathroom turned out but would recommend purchasing MORE (20% instead of 10%) than you might for cuts and pre-opening multiple boxes before installing.
