I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift as she has been wanting one for some time. She loves it and uses the heater almost everyday.

Assembled myself, lots of little pieces. Was inimidated at First but actually only had to disassemble one piece cuz I had it backwards. Disappointed in quality of cheap material as it cracked I put Two of the pins in. Does make room feel cozy. Not alot of heat output but it is infrared so it's a different type of heat. Glad they supply a colored pen to fix blemishes. Overall I'm happy as I didn't want to spend over $300.

Using this stand to fit a 60" TV and 8" x 24" speaker. The packaged box is fairly large, considering the size of this unit. As other users commented, this unit comes with a lot of pieces and parts. The number of pieces and parts help make this unit a solid build, and the fireplace is warm, but not in your face warm, either. Note: the opening from the front (or rear) of the media shelf (center console) is just under 6", but the cavity of this shelf is over 9". A friend of mine and I did some cosmetic surgery in the back by sawing a few inches to give my speaker the needed clearance to insert. I enclosed the picture to help appreciate the color of the Vintage Warm Oak. I knocked off one star, because although the unit still meets my needs (for the large speaker), I would like to see more options of bigger media consoles in the middle (there aren't any).

I only rate this product average on all levels for the following reasons. Although it's a grade of wood used which is quite heavy once assembled it's color is not a stain but a very thin layer of laminated wood which will scratch very easily and even peel if you aren't very careful during assembly. If you are not familiar with the assembling of wood projects I highly suggest that you use the wood glue for the dowels on both ends or the unit will be very unstable, and also let it set for a day before moving it to where you which to place it or put a larger model big screen upon it. It states that it has spaces for cords/other connections but the only one is the within shelf above the electric fireplace. If you wish to store other components in the side doors/cabinets you will have to make your own openings. Last of all if you wish to just use the display of the fireplace logs burning you cannot do this without turning on the heat as well which I was not pleased with as I didn't need it to heat a room. Overall it looks decent and serves the purpose of what I purchased it for which was having a 70" big screen placed on top as well as store other various components within it but I dislike the laminate as I stated above.

Let me first say, please be patient and plan at least 2 to 3 hours of build time, and it is beyond heavy. With that being said, once we finished building this, it was well worth it. The simulated flame is in my opinion the best of the other options Home Depot had, and it heats the bedroom up perfectly. My only two issues are that you will definitely need to purchase wood glue, as the two tubes of glue that come with it are not enough to complete the build. Also a drill with a snail drill bit is a must for attaching the cover in the back. Unfortunately the manufacturer did not drill out enough pilot holes for the screws. 50 inch Vizio shown in image.

I loved this tv stand until we turned it on the fireplace started making a loud noise every time it kicked on.

The box was missing the very 1st piece I was instructed to began with. Labeled M in the diagram. It was extremely disappointing to take all the parts out of the box only to find a part missing. Hopefully the manufacturer rectified this issue QUICKLY!!

I have a large living room that was always cold. The heater does a great job heating the room. The unit is very heavy but was not difficult to put together. Yes it took a while but I was able to do most of it by myself. Love it

Product weighs 157lbs therefore it’s very frustrating to load, unload, and find defective parts. The only options you have is to undo what you have put together and take it back to the store for a refund or contact the manufacturer. I wish I could give less than zero. My husband had shoulder replacement two years ago and this was a strain and major disappointment. Home Depot please reconsider doing business with this manufacturer.

this thing is nice for $300. Its really heavy, I mean REALLY heavy. The quality and instructions were great. It puts out cozy heat and is very quiet. The only drawback is that it took me about 3 hours or so to put it together but thats why its only $300. Totally worth the effort (and I've owned many)

Just got ours set up December. We run it maybe a few times a week for a few hours at a time. Just had it on for less than an hour and it smells like plastic melting. The thermostat is always set at 72 so it just stays comfortable in our basement.

Won’t heat a 16 x12 room. It’s good for running up your electric bills. Triple. Says heats 1000 sq ft . lol definitely doesn’t.

It's a nice piece of furniture but does not heat like advertised

It looks nice, and has good flame effect and heat ouput for the price. We got it on sale for Black Friday, but I probably wouldn't pay full price for it.

Console is not wood, imitation wood look alike. Assembly is more like 4 hours with two people, heater flames not very bright on high, I would not recommend purchase if your expecting wood finish.

So far everything is working great. Only thing was during the process of putting this thing together some of the holes on the back for the rear panel did not line up where they were supposed to correctly and after screwing the screw in it chipped the inside of the cabinet up pretty good on both sides at the bottom. The delivery was a horror show and for now I cannot ever seeing myself use home delivery from Home Depot ever again.

This is beautiful! Fairly easy to assemble alone, well- packed with no shipping damage, shipped quickly and easy-to-follow instructions. It's perfect!

We are very happy with the quality of the entertainment center and fire place heater. It went together quite easy. Nice having a little extra heat.

I need simbidy to help me assembly the fireplace. Any recomendations??
