By far the softest, plushest rug I have ever felt. Color is perfect.

This area rug is simply gorgeous. So soft underfoot & stunning in my beach room. Used the recommended rug pad underneath and it’s like stepping on a cloud.

Beautiful plush rug. The color is gorgeous! Had to put heavy items along curled edge for a day or so, to flatten out, but other than that it was easy to place. Have had for a month or so, and seems to be wearing well.

Ordered the 10 x 13. This rug was ordered and delivered to our driveway. YES, the delivery people unloaded it and left it at the driveway next to the road. The carpet is really beautiful, soft, and felt absolutely awesome when bare footed. So why one star? This rug sheds worse than any pet you could possibly own. There are literally hundreds of threads all over the house which leave us vacuuming at least once a day. We followed the care instructions exactly. There are also large clumps of threads that don't shed but stick out an inch above the rest of the rug. Ill add some pictures.

So soft, cushy, and amazing. It is a great addition to our living room which has hardwood floors. Now our 6 month old actually has a soft place while he learns to crawl/walk!

Bought this for my daughter's dorm room. It's a perfect size to fit between the dorm beds and oh, so soft - apparently it's a favorite among her friends if they ever need a floor to crash on! :) My daughter originally considered this rug for her dorm since we have one in our family room (in a different color). It's very soft underfoot and the dogs love it, too!

I have had this rug for over a month now and I am very happy with it. Exactly what I was looking for...color is just what I was after and the overly plush softness makes it easy to sprawl out and take a nap on. I have been surprised at how well it lays on the floor, with no edges curling up and causing hazards as some rugs will do. Two things I have noticed that somebody might have a problem with...it is a chore to vacuum because of how thick and plush it is, and I quite often find longer pieces of yarn that need to be trimmed. For us, we don't have a need to vacuum often and the extra effort is totally worth the luxurious plushness. Regarding the longer yarn strands, when you have dogs that love the rug as much as you do, that is probably to be expected. You either keep the dogs off rug, or just trim the strands and never know the difference. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

I purchased the beige ethereal rug from our local Home Depot in easley s.c. I love the feel of the rug and the look too! It is by far the softest to touch rug you will find. However, it kinda comes crashing down from there. Most vacuums won't work on this rug. We had to find a special attachment ( upholstery type) that would work. Not a biggie, just a small adjustment. I started noticing strands pulling up even though we don't use a beater bar type vac. And where I sit in my recliner the carpet is matting up into clumps and I don't know how to fix this?!? It's only been 4 months since we purchased our rug so I can't help but wander how matted up it will get over a few years? Look at photos..

My family loves the carpet. It is thick, soft and feels luxurious. The kids and I love to lye on it. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality carpet at a reasonable price.

I ordered this rug online and it looked like a pretty Aqua color but when it arrived the color was very dark and did not look nice:( Thankfully I was able to return it at my local Home Depot but a little disappointed that they couldn't give me cash back since I paid using my bank debit card online. I have to wait until it posts into my account to purchase something else. This rug was very soft and a high pile but I don't like how the color looks different depending on which way the rug is touched. I am attaching pictures so you can see what the one I ordered looked like.

This carpet was wonderful for the first few days; super comfy and soft but then the shedding started and has not stopped. I have to sweep everyday to keep it from spreading all around my house. It's all over my clothes, shoes, and beds. I purchased this over 2 months ago and it has not stopped. I figured after a few weeks it, it would stop but it does it so much my carpet seems to be thinning. I would return them if I could.

This rug is a beautiful color and so soft. It arrived as promised. Had to leave it turned over for a few days to get rolls out of it.

It's super soft!!! It feels amazing while walking on it. Our dogs even prefer the rug over laying on our couch. It's also a lighter grey than what I was expecting, we have some what dark wood floors and a grey couch. The rug almost looks white against it but it looks better than expected.

Love the feel and color! have had it for a few weeks and no shedding!

This rug is the softest rug I've ever put my feet on!!! We've had it for about a year and a half in our main family room. It's been perfect for our toddler to play on. It's tough to vacuum yes but at first I didn't care, it was worth it for the softness. Now about 1.5 years later it's getting extremely matted in the high traffic areas. I've tried fixing it but the pile is so high it just mats right up from people walking on it. You can see the difference in the pic. I'd expect normal wear and tear but not of like this on a high quality rug that hasn't even been walked on by a shoe. Such a bummer. I would expect more longevity from a rug for this price. I'm so upset because I really do love this texture and feel.

Very soft and comfy. A service person came to my house and like me, he was "OH my gosh, I could sleep on this rug, it's so fluffy and inviting"!!!

Great carpet. Easy to install. Superb value for the price. Nice heavy pile and very comfortable. I've left my slippers at the door as it feels so nice on bare feet.

We love this rug! After searching high and low for a simple area rug, we weirdly enough found one at the home depot. We were sort of shocked we found such a nice and plush rug here at an affordable cost. Things we like: 1. The rug is very plush. We have nothing under it (no padding etc.) and I can lay down and take a nap on it. Fantastic. And its easy on the knees when playing with my kids. This rug is covering our oak hardwood floors by the way. 2. The color is not too dark or light. It's a really great color and the picture I am viewing online doesn't look at all what I have. Maybe if the fibers were standing straight up like it was just vacuumed would it look like that? Ours looks much lighter and it doesn't darken our family room at all. 3. It lays flat very quickly. I don't even know if it had trouble settling down at all once we unrolled it. It probably did at first but it went down very fast, much faster than our other rug. Things we don't like: 1. Some of the pile was miscut (long strands here and there) so I have been trimming these areas down when I find them. It isn't a lot or anything, but just some small places. 2. We would have rather had an 8x10, but now that its in our room, we don't really need the extra foot as it would just be sitting under the couch's legs unused. We love this rug! Great price (we even had a 15% off moving coupon we used), great color, and excellent feel and plushness.

When my wife and I bought 2 of these rugs (2 sizes) this last summer, we loved how comfortable they were. That is the only reason we can give them a 1 rating. We then noticed how difficult it was to vacuum (suction only). We also started finding 100's of the little "comfortable" rug strands all over our house. We vacuum at least once a week. We found these quite irritating to say the least. They are like soft strings that keep coming out of the rug. I showed this to a home depot salesperson and a manager. They never got back to me. If you are looking at the samples of these rugs, try pulling out strands-I did this for one of the managers. Spend your money on another brand. Tom F. This rug is just what I wanted. I had a problem with the delivery (the first rug was lost) which was not the fault of Home Depot but rather the carrier. Home Depot helped me fix the problem. The color is a very dark gray with a tiny hint of dark blue undertones. I have no idea why it is called hot coffee - the color is as shown in the picture. It is a seriously soft rug. It is thick and plush and soft, soft soft. I suggest you go to the store to feel the rug. You should be able to see a sample of the color at the store. This particular color is not stocked in any stores near me but a sample was available at the store. I would highly recommend this rug.

Amazing carpet. It's perfect for my living room and the best part is that the carpet is so soft, it feels as if you're sitting on a cloud. Will definitely buy this again when I need it.

I love this rug! It is so soft and thick and still looks like new after having it in my game room for three years. I am going to Home Depot to buy another one for my living room. I have the grey and it is more of a greige color, but it is the perfect fit in my neutral décor.

This is a gorgeous rug! It would be 5 stars for sure if it weren't for the amazingly inaccurate color description. It is NOT coffee colored (aka brown) in any way shape or form. This is a beautiful dark gray rug, which is exactly what I wanted, so perfect for my space. The only way I was able to figure out that this was the color I needed was via process of elimination looking at the samples in the store while comparing to the website and good reviews on the site. In order to vacuum the rug, I use my Dyson cordless vacuum and only pull it one direction (not a push and pull motion), and it turns out beautifully. The fibers are unbelievably soft, and it is a pleasure to step onto it in the mornings. My kids love to just lay on it and pet it. :-)

Bought a gray one for myself and sent a taupe one to mom. I love mine but she thought hers was off-gasing too much plastic smell and ultimately returned it. Probably won't last forever since some threads usually come out when vacuuming, but it's a pleasure to stand on, sit on, and walk on, especially barefoot.

VERY soft and comfortable. Family was impressed with the quality of the rug for the price. The size & color we wanted (7x10 beige) wasn't carried in stores, so we ordered online. Delivery was fast - had it within a couple days. The only downside to the rug so far is vacuuming it, as you can't use the rollers on the vacuum. Just make sure that you vacuum has strong enough suction to get everything out. It's supposed to be a low traffic area rug, but we have it as our living room rug - we will see how it holds up over time.
