We have dearly loved this fan. We put it in an outdoor screened porch that had been too hot to use in the summer. Smaller fans had to run too fast to move enough air for comfort, and then they were irritating. But this fan moves a lot of air while seeming to do so at a leisurely pace, with plenty of remaining velocity for really hot days. The porch is now quite livable, even in mid-summer. We will have another one of these when we move to our next house. The fan was easy to install, and it has only a very slight wobble even with a long down-rod. The remote is intuitive and accesses all of the functions.

Very nice quality and looks great. I was wanting a windmill or industrial looking fan and everything I found was 3 or 4 times the price of this one. I also needed a light and those started getting hard to find. We installed it into a 1920s farm house and the remote feature was perfect.

What a great fan. This was a basic, straightforward install using the instruction manual. It moves a lot a of air. I'm using in a 26 x 32 garage (using the standard drop mount about six inches, included) since I have 10 ft. ceiling. The remote needs to be programmed which, with the instruction manual is easy. The only thing that I'm unsure about is the switching from an upward draft (winter/warm) to downward draft (summer/cool). The fan has to being running to switch. So, there must be some type of brake system that slows the fan, than when the fan has stopped it will move from side to side maybe a quarter turn each way about 2 or 3 times, than it switches to the direction you want. Must be something in the memory? The way I did it as to not abuse it. I shut the fan off till stopped, than turned it back on, quickly push the button to change the direction. It will slow and change direction in 10 to 20 seconds. This is normal according to the manual and the customer service service PERSON that answers the 800 number when called. Great service, don't change. All commands are done with the remote. There is a light bar which will tell you what setting you have the speed of fan or dimness of light, this light also blinks with the pairing of device.The memory also remembers the last stored setting, from dimness of light or no light to speed of fan and direction. I have not tried the timer yet. It would be a nice feature to have when trying to remove smoke from grill, welder, torch. So, when leaving the garage, I wouldn't have to go back out and shut it off. The remote and the size is why I bought this fan. After having it up I will add the features that the fan and remote are capable of. Than you all.

So far it appears to be a good fan. The response for the fan controller is somewhat slow, but so far has worked fine. The installation is pretty simple. The blades could be a little different color as to not look as plastic, but seem durable and well balanced. The light is good, I do wish it would dim a little more , but that is the drawback of LED lamps and the forward voltage bias they have. The fan on high moves a good air volume and is very quiet. One thing that would give this a five star rating is to replace slotted/cross point screws that hold the blades with a hex head or button head cap screw. I think the screw heads are probable JSO type and typical Phillips and slotted drivers do not fit them properly and are prone to round out or slip when tightening. Installed about 4 weeks ago in a sunroom.

Had this for about 2 months now. Fan was easy to put up and assemble. We thought the fan blades were metal, but they're a hard plastic, which isn't terrible, means we don't have to worry so much. It runs very quietly and on the highest setting is very powerful. The light isn't bright enough. Maybe because of the frosted cover, but it would be better to have multiple lights as opposed to one in the center. The remote is useful, but doesn't always work. If you turn it on, you can't immediately turn it off, you have to wait until it reaches speed then shut it off. Overall, we're happy with the look and function of the fan, and the light we can live with.

These fans are good looking and functional. They move a lot of air with nine speeds up and down. The lights are bright enough and dimmable. They’re on a covered patio next to each other. They are programmed to a single remote so they are synchronized.

Product is awesome. Assembly was fairly easy using (YouTube). It looks great and cools my living room perfectly. I’m planing on purchasing another one for another room.

Good looking product and easy to assemble and install. Brushed Nickel fan blades looks much better than the bronze since they are a solid color and not the fake wood look.

No issues or concerns installing the fan on our outdoor porch. Looks great. Plastic blades were a complaint of some, but i believe they will be much more durable than my neighbors droopy blades. Make sure you sync the remote to the fan, which was not an issue. Air movement is good.

The fan looks great and was fairly easy to assemble and install. We placed in an outdoor installation in a covered patio, so I will have to see how it hold up over time. The included light provides plenty of illumination and the fact it is dim-able is useful too. The fan moves a lot of air, even at lower speeds.

Great fan, it moves A LOT of air and is sure to be the centerpiece in any room. The DC motor is great- very powerful and uses about half the electricity of a conventional fan. This 72" behemoth uses less electricity than most bedroom sized 48-52" fans. I put this fan in a 15' x 32' great room that has a tendency to get very hot in the Texas summer, and this fan moves enough air to keep the whole room feeling nice. The fan is extremely quiet, the only sound you hear even on the high speeds is the wooshing of the air. The only thing I didn't like was the 3000K LED light that came with it. I replaced it with a 21W cool white LED board that I bought online. This was a lot of work, but this modern looking brushed nickel fan looks 100% better with a cool white LED, and its a lot brighter as well.

My father-n-law and i purchased 6 of these fans primarily becase 3 of them would be outdoor fans and we wanted the motor warranty. All three outdoor fans died within 2 years! 2 were denied warranty because we didnt have the receipt and the one that I did have a receipt for was denied by the warranty company after we paid $50 to ship it back. They claimed the box was damaged in shipment but the motor was still in bubble wrap. They clearly did everything they could to deny our claims versus standing begind their warranty.

I bought this fan in 2019. It stopped working correctly after about 6 months. Turned itself off and on and turned the light on often in the middle of the night! And yes, I was aware that there was a timer setting and that wasn't the issue.

Purchased 6 of these to place four in a 4000 ft garage and two on 15x30 patio. Since they were rated at 10,500 cfm I expected a lot of air speed to help cool these large spaces. The volume of air is ok but was looking for more speed of the airflow. I have smaller diameter (50") ceiling fans that are rated at 5000 cfm that deliver more cooling via the speed of the air they move to create the volume from a smaller diameter. I would like to see the mfg offer different pitch blades which would allow the end user options for different applications. All in, for the price not a bad fan.

This fan only worked for about three months. Now, it makes a strange sound and will not get up to full power. The light turns on randomly so I am guessing there is an internal short but I could not locate it. I should have made this review earlier as I purchased it in June of 2022. It was wonderful up until then and it pushes more air than any other fan I have used. Unfortunately it seems it may be too late to return it.

These fans put out minimal air and fooled me with their size. My smaller fans work way better than these do. I am super disappointed!

Very well written instructions and ray to assemble, I would have said excellent but it was advertised as flush mount and it isn’t really a flush mount,

Only 10 days installed and the light no longer responded to the remote. The next day the whole fan no longer responded to the remote. Replacement parts are being sent, about 2 weeks for that. I have had to employ my installer 3 times so far and will need to have him again when the parts come in. So disappointed.

Love this fan, love the remote, my new favorite room has this fan . So many fan speeds.

We boight this fan on 31 May for our great room. Today our fan died. Synptoms are thet the light still works, but the fan stops and starts. Doesnt do a full rotation, etc. We did a lot of troubleshooting to include cutting off the breaker complefely disconnecting it.

Light comes on randomly throughout the day and night for no reason

Waste of money. Worked great for 2 years. One night the light stopped working then a few days later the fan stopped working. $300 garbage

This 72" fan really moves a lot of air compared to previous 52". The brushed steel looks great. Installation was easy. Remote control is nice feature along with its functions for fan speed, light dimming and the 2, 4, 8hr timer.

Installed this fan on our 26’x14’ screened porch and it is AMAZING. This was a replacement for a Fanimation brand and this one is so much better. Wet rated and high cfm output. Great product!

Bought this fan about 2.5 years ago. Suddenly stopped working. After going back and forth with homedepot customer service and the main distributer, it was determined that the needs to be changed. That was good news since the motor has a lifetime warranty. But what they don't tell you is that you are responsible to mail this heavy fan to them. It will cost around $100 to ship it and that is on the buyer!!! Note that I bought this fan for $219 at that time. Homedepot offered me a $100 gift card to buy another. But now they have increased their price by $80 to $299. Does this fan worth it at $299? I don't think so....
