Beautiful fan. Modern design. Remote options are great with dimmable light (bright on full mode) and various fan speeds. Motor seems to have a slow start to it...Not sure if it’s by design but once it picks up its speed, the air flow is amazing.

Please make sure the wiring is connected properly. Also, please make sure the remote is paired with the fan as described in the manual and as shown in the installation video (located with the alternate images on the product page). If that doesn't resolve the issue, please call Home Decorators Collection customer service at 1-800-986-3460 and one of the team members will be able to help troubleshoot to get the fan working.

Nice looking ceiling fan. Easy installation. However, few weeks after getting it installed the fan started to wobble a little bit. I called customer service as the instructions tell you to do without resolution of the problem. I am only requesting the balancing kit to fix it.

We have reached out to the manufacturer and their reply is, We're happy to hear that you like the look of the fan. Most fan wobble issues can be attributed to loose parts. Please check that the set screw on the motor collar is completely tightened and that the mounting bracket is securely tightened to the outlet box. If the fan continues to wobble, please call Home Decorators Collection customer service at 1-800-986-3460 and ask to speak to a manufacturers representative. They will be able to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If a balancing kit is needed, they will be able to send one out to you."

the fan really moves a lot of air, one problem...
the fan really moves a lot of air, one problem is the light doesn't go completely off there is a soft glow that is only visible when all other lights are off and is dark in the room can't grt it to turn completely off, your suggestion is welcomed

They will also be able to send out any replacement parts if necessary.

I purchased this fan for a 24' X 32' family...
I purchased this fan for a 24' X 32' family room. It works GREAT! Because of the type of motor it has there is ZERO sound from the fan. The light is bright and has a dimmer. The remote control has a "Heat" and a "Cold" button. This way you don't have to remember which way the fan has to turn depending on what you need. Well worth the money I spent.
