Product works fine, is quiet and looks good. However, the instructions weren't the easiest to follow and the light assembly was missing from the box. Therefore, I had to return to the store to pick up another assembly. However, they didn't request I take the fan down and bring it back.

After being put up, it was burning do to a manufacturers defect, and had to be returned. I was going to exchange it but met somebody else in the store who bought three of them and was telling me he had problems also in this cost me extra money with my contract is the time for double installation

Fan was overheating.. had to return.
After fan install, I left on for an hour to test. When I came back into the room it smelled like hot electronics; it was the fan motor assembly that was blazing hot.. too hot to touch. Had power and install checked; everything was wired correctly and power from house tested fine. Took down fan and returned.

    Fan stopped working after two months
    Installed by licensed electrician under covered patio (under roof, surrounded by structure on three sides). The fan's electric motor stopped working after two months (the light and remote control for the light still function).

      Ceiling fan
      I really wanted to like this fan but the light switch delays when I turn it on by 3sec. Doesn’t sound like a lot but when you flip a switch you expect immediate response. The light color is yellow. No the nice LED white light. When the fan is on it makes a loud noise as it’s spinning. The overall appearance of the fan is nice and sleek.
