We're sorry to read that your countertop has developed some stains. Although we seal our countertops prior to shipping to retailers, in some cases, the countertop may sit in the retailer's warehouse for an extended period, causing the sealant to dissolve over time. Therefore, it is advisable to re-seal the countertop before use and regularly every 6 to 12 months thereafter. To remove the stains, you can use specially formulated stone cleaners that are gentle on the surface but effective in removing dirt and grime. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully when using these products. We understand that despite proper care and maintenance, staining can still occur, which is why we provide repair and sealer kits to help eliminate minor staining.
