The rugs are beautiful but the first delivery brought the big rug here very soiled. Thankfully, the flooring manager at Mohawk homes, Joy Ward, was able to assure me another one could be sent to take its place. This company is most professional as their employees are a testament to this. The rugs are beautiful and so soft.
