After one year the paint is chipping away. The vanity looks like it’s 10 years old! Buyers beware I want my money back

I purchased the 49 inch vanity. As indicated in the other reviews the molding at the base of the cabinet is not properly fitted and there are gaps at the corners in excess of a 1/4 inch. Additionally the panel faces on the cabinet drawers are crooked. Lastly the countertop is not white, it is pinkish cream - which does not match the rest of the decor that we selected.

Sadly, the two we bought are among those with quality issues. Like others have reported, the moulding has big gaps on all the corners. We've been in contact with the manufacturer, and have requested warranty replacement. If they approve, it's going to take 3 weeks. So disappointed, because otherwise it's a very nice cabinet for the price.

Just installed it and very disappointed in the workmanship of the base molding mitered corners in very visible front of the unit that has gaps at least 1/8" wide. Poor workmanship given the cost of the unit.

All the doors and drawers are all uneven looks like my 2 year old put it together!!!! The counter and backsplash were both curved in the middle, so thats all uneven as well!!!!

I had it installed, but thrilled with counter top color, storage space, drawer is just right size. Bought it because my daughter bought similar in different color and was also very pleased.would buy again...actually planning on second bath update in fall!

Do not expect to receive good quality with this vanity. I was very disappointed upon receiving this item. The construction is poor, with large gaps between the doors and frame. The middle drawer is quite crooked, and the left cabinet drawer has a huge open gap along the side (1/2"), so that you can see straight back through the vanity (there's also nothing along the back of the cabinet; while I suppose this made connecting to the existing plumbing easier, it doesn't hide any exposed plumbing or wall finishes). In addition, all of the joints along the framing and molding have gaps and rough, uneven edges. I'm going to have to spend considerable time caulking and applying touch-up paint to my brand new vanity. In addition, the underside of the sink was damaged; it looks like it was dropped, which makes me worried that it will crack in the future. The finish of the countertop also does not look like the photos on the website. It is much more "engineered" and fake-looking in person. Not the effect that I was expecting based on the website description and photos. For nearly $1k I expected much better.

I love my vanity! It is gorgeous and get so many compliments!

This vanity is beautiful, stands very tall. Silver ash counter top is beautiful and is a light gray which will pair well with a lot of things. I got free shipping on my order and customer service even took some money off of my total for me because there was an issue with the computer system when I was placing my order. I highly recommend!

recieved product with extreme gaps at corners. glue was running down 2 of the four front corners. For a product that cost $1300 I feel it should be much better craftsmanship

The quality of construction did not meet my expectations. The seams at the base and the top were splitting apart.

Ordered and returned 3 times.1st was delivered had glue dripping down the side panel. 2nd and 3rd with the side panels on both sides having really rough edges that looked like they were scrapped off as well as the side panel was not installed smoothly and there was some gaps between the face frame and the side panel. The 3rd had some texture under the paint that was obvious.

The vanity looks nice but VERY disappointed in the sink as the backsplash was not part of the sink but was a separate item that had to be installed. The online photo of this product was very misleading as it is shown with backsplash. The sink itself is poorly designed as it has a 'lip' along inside top that will collect debris and anticipate that it will be extremely difficult to keep clean. Should have been returned immediately but I was not onsite and contractor installed.

Changed the knobs to make it perfect. Love the look, the color, the sink and the Wintermist top.

Paint chipped away after year and a half of gentle use. 2 years later one of the drawers jammed and doesn’t go back in. Now to get it replaced i have to pay the contractor to remove it and then again to install a new one.

I love the look of this vanity and it was nice after install. But it has deteriorated and the paint in the front is chipping off like crazy. It does not get wet because of the overhang of the top. So it's just not a good product. Very disappointed.

It is attractive and the wide top is nice. The backsplash should have had a better way of attaching to the counter top. The doors did not open and close smoothly and were not properly lined up. The corners on the base had gaps. The base unit is mostly made out of a particle type material (not wood).

Great looking vanity that is very poorly constructed. Everything about it was a little off. Bottom drawer sticks out a little further on one side. For the money I expected better...

I ordered online, a bit nervous about how the gray would fair, I love it with the gray ceramic tile I selected

The vanity is as beautiful in person as the pictures on-line. There is a lot of storage in the many deep draws for all your bathroom items and the high quality finish is smooth and gorgeous. I am very happy with this product and recommend it.

The top is not the color it looks like on line. I was very disappointed it did not look the same.
