How did this even get through quality control the defective side over laps the front. Also poorly packed loose sink top inside damaged wood and chipped sink !

I gave this a low rating mainly because the sink doesn't have an overflow drain. Also, the holes are cut for a wide set faucet (limited expensive choices). Installation of faucet drain was difficult as the stopper was made to accommodate an overflow. The drawers/doors were fairly simple to swap other than predrilled holes for the door were off. I waited over 5 wks to get it if you need it now keep looking. End result the unit does look nice.

I had to return this vanity. First, the back was curved preventing it from fitting flush against the wall. The bow pushed it out too far and I could not straighten the bend with hitting studs. The actual with change 3/4 inch from edge to center! The other part was that I was hoping the plumbing would not be in the way of the drawers. Nope, it was. I was hoping I could offset it by moving the drawers to the other side, but the hot waterline runs right through a drawer mounting hole. I could overcome one issue, but both was just too much fight for this dog. The top was nice but thin. This would be great for a rental or a rarely used bathroom. The quality prevents this from being a heavily used vanity.

This vanity is a very good purchase if you’re looking to gain more floor space, still have storage options and looking for a good price. This 24” gave me 6 additional inches of space in a tiny bathroom compared to my previous vanity The two drawers allow for products to stand up such as bottles of soap, spray, etc and holds quite a bit of products. The bottom drawer holds 6 rolls of toilet paper (doubled up on top of each other) as long as you don’t have pipes in the way). The door side has space for taller toiletries, more toilet paper or cleaning products. The vanity top is very pretty with subtle specks and easy to clean and I ordered the same Artic backsplash. Would recommend getting the side/back splashes ahead since they aren’t in stock and mail take longer to ship to your home or store location. I kept the dirt/drawer layout the same since I liked the look and it works. Overall, love this vanity since it was a good value for the price. I liked that we were able to pick it up in the store in case there were issues. Thankfully, it was in perfect condition — whew! Kudos to the Woodbridge, NJ Home Depot staff. They were so helpful and incredible as I purchased all my bathroom remodeling materials. Thank you.

This is a very elegant looking vanity. The soft blue-gray finish and modern drawer pulls, should make this fit nearly any type of decor. The door has the slow close feature but unfortunately the drawers don’t. I would have preferred that feature on the drawers as well, but that’s a minor thing. The only thing that I didn’t really like about this vanity and the reason I gave it four stars, is the vanity top. The top isn’t a solid finish. It has little specks in it. I think it clashes with the finish of the vanity. I believe it would have looked better with just a solid white top. I realize that is a personal preference and some may like the top as is, but for me, it just didn’t give the same elegant appeal.

First thing the edge's around the top are ruff and has nicks the whole way around it. Second the top hinge on one door was not put on correctly. The hinge is not flush and the whole door has a gap. Does not fit flush and makes the two doors rub at the top when opening and shutting. So gotta fix that so they shut properly. Third the bottom drawer is really hard to open and shut. Just poor quality for what I paid for!!

First off, installation is a breeze because most of the unit is assembled. The quality of the unit is solid and the soft-close drawers are a great bonus. I was also impressed with the ample space under the sink and we are looking forward to many years of use!

I have been wanting to upgrade my small upstairs bathroom for years, but it is very hard to find a nice small vanity. I am thrilled with this small Home Decorators vanity. It looks clean and modern. I was worried about having the smaller doors, but there is plenty of room for toiletries and a wastebasket inside the vanity. My only pet peeve is that the faucet holes in the top of the vanity had a large sticker over them which would not come off cleanly in one piece. I spent 20 minutes scrubbing that sticker off which was annoying. Besides that I am very happy with my vanity!

The HOME DECORATORS COLLECTION SEDGEWOOD 48-1/2 IN. W BATH VANITY IN DOVE GRAY WITH SOLID SURFACE TECHNOLOGY VANITY TOP IN ARCTIC WITH WHITE SINK delivered wrapped in bubble wrap (see attached picture) impressed how well it came in with no issues at all. We installed it in our haul bathroom replacing our old white outdated one. The gray looks great with the white sink. The material is particle board but the vanity is steardy just wish the would use plywood, the reason why 4 stars instead of 5.

This vanity is well constructed and it was easy to install. The only issue that I had was switching the doors and drawers. Moving the drawers was easy, but the issue was moving the cabinet doors. I had to drill the bottom hole for the door hinge. This was not a big issue, but drilling a pilot hole makes installing the screws easier. The one piece sink top looks like a two piece under counter mount. Being one piece eliminates any chance of leaks.

Our bath needed a new vanity, and this was our choice. This is a nice cabinet, and the option of rearranging the drawers from side to side was a key feature for us as we are remodeling the bathroom and hadn't finalized the layout. The vanity top is reasonable quality, but doesn't come with any sidesplash or backsplash... and those are ONLY sold online. I wish the top wasn't pre-drilled for a 4-inch faucet set, as I really wanted the wider set. Good value vanity.

The home decorators sedgewood vanity is a very nice choice. The fact that you can switch the door and the drawers to either side was a life saver for this install. The drain was exactly where the drawers were and we were able to easily switch them with a few screws in a master of minutes. I absolutely love the sink and the counter top material. It's very classy looking. I would definitely recommend it.

Very Practical and Great Looking Vanity. Home Decorators Sedgewood 36 1/1 inch Vanity has the option of moving the Door and Drawers to either side of the Vanity. The Solid Surface Top has a molded Sink that has no lip where it meets the top. Beautiful Raised Panels on the Door and Drawers. It has the wide pattern for the separate Handles and Faucet. Love the White.

Good looks and good value for a lightweight bathroom vanity. The Looks: This piece is a medium grey with a one piece white terrazzo-style counter-top(the speckles are a range of light to dark). The counter-top looks really good and feels pretty solid. The wood panels are shaker-style, which is a classic style for cabinets. It comes with brushed-nickel hardware, one for each drawer and one for the door. Its small size is great for smaller bathrooms and I'm using it for my half-bath. Installation: This vanity is beginner-friendly and requires minimal assembly. The sink is sturdy but still pretty light so it's easy to install. Basic handy-skills are all you need. Cut out the back to fit your plumbing, mount it to the wall, attach the sink, add the hardware, vanity is done. Functionality: You can move the drawers and cabinet door to opposite sides! The vanity comes with soft-close on the cabinet door but not the drawers, the drawers open and close smoothly. There's a great variety of storage space so you can put larger things in the tall cabinet and the little stuff in the drawers. Suggestions: Before installing, figure out how you want your drawers and cabinet door to open. Then I suggest you match your faucet to your hardware or vice-versa. We swapped out the brushed nickel hardware that comes with it to match our gold faucet(also purchased the hardware from Home Depot!).

We ordered the Home decorators collection sedgewood 48-1/2 inch wide 18-3/4 inch deep bath vanity in dove gray with solid surface technology vanity top, in artic gray, with white center mounted sink, the vanity is 34.38 high with top, the vanity cabinet is 48 inches wide, the top is 48-1/2 wide by 18-3/4 inches deep we ordered this vanity for our market, the cabinet is very well made, it will be an easy install, the drawer boxes are made from wood, they are interchangeable, it has a very high quality finish and appearance, we like this piece.

This is a beautiful vanity that looks high-end but doesn't cost high-end. I love the soft closing door and how you can rearrange the door and drawers to the sides, best for you. The instructions are great. I had to vary from them because my plumbing comes up from the floor instead of from the wall behind it. I also had to move my cold water line to make it work. It was under the drawers so I moved it to the open cabinet side before cutting out the smallest area I could to allow the drain and 2 water lines through. (Doing so did not affect the structural integrity, at all. There is a 6 inch rise under the cabinet) The hardware is modern and pretty. The dove gray color of the cabinet is very pretty. Be sure, when you drill out the hole for the door pull, that you latch a wood piece on the front side to keep the drill from tearing it up. (The place to drill is marked on the inside of the door. You have to do this step because you can switch the drawer/door sides) I used an 11/64th bit and it was perfect. The only problem I had was getting a bit of a fancy new silicone caulk around the area of the drain when I put in the drain piece. Then, when I wiped it off, it wiped off a small area of finish. I believe it was due to the caulk that I used. So be careful with that. Don't use the caulk I used- (in pics below.) These pics are the bathroom in progress. This vanity, with my white geometric tile backslash behind it, will be so pretty.

This review is for the 24 inch white bathroom vanity with solid surface. This vanity was a perfect upgrade for a small bathroom project that I had. I wanted to replace a pedestal sink with one that would have more storage, and this vanity fit the bill perfectly. It added 2 drawers and a door where there was no storage before, and it did not take up much more if any space. The handles and drawer pulls are brushed nickel, and the counter top feels like a heavy natural stone even though it's not. The counter top is pre-drilled for a 4 inch centerset faucet. Also, the drawers and door can be moved to the other side, but we left everything the way it arrived. I had my contractor install it for us, but it did not look like it would have been more difficult than any other vanity install.

Whether you are renovating or installing a new bathroom this vanity is a perfect addition to your decor. It has clean lines and the optional doors and draw combination will make it an easy fit in any bathroom. The doors close gently and the draws are very smooth in operating when opening and closing. This comes in two pieces so it was easy to carry the bottom up a flight of stairs and assemble it inside the bathroom. Instructions are easy to follow and it only took me about an hour to get the old out and the new vanity installed. I was also able to do the plumbing and get the faucet and drain connected easily with enough room to maneuver under the sink. Definitely would recommend this product since it is well constructed and good quality material.

Cheap, Cheap, Cheap..... The bottom draw did not operate correctly and the top draw was crooked. We returned it to the store and asked to exchange it for the same item. When we opened the new box at the store, one draw was busted and the second did not operate properly. So we pulled another box off the shelf. Again we opened the box at the store, and this time...... the vanity top fell into the vanity and cracked. In the end, it didn't really matter because the draws were still not straight. One could say that you get what you pay for, but I saw some Hampton Bay vanities with better quality for less. Unfortunately, they were the wrong colors. I like Home Depot, but this item, or manufacturer has to go.....

We wanted to upgrade our main bathroom and chose this vanity. Our previous vanity was very small, one of those items you buy on a budget. I think it's called a belly bowl vanity and is half the size of the new vanity.The HDC 30 1/2" vanity was a perfect fit for the space we have. The Pro's: excellent finish, sturdy, smooth drawer operations. It even includes vanity hardware. The vanity top is generously sized, love the marble fleck look! The Con's: picture on-line shows the door and drawers opposite of how it was delivered. Yeah, you can switch those over, but we really didn't want the hassle. Made do with the delivered configuration. Secondly, the drawer alignments don't match. Without taking the metal inside slides off and shimming, not sure how to remedy this. And no one else may see it. Maybe we're OCD - ha! Overall, it's a good vanity so I can't say I wouldn't recommend it. It has given us way more storage than before, and looks beautiful as placed.

This is a cheaply made cabinet and one piece sink top. The cabinet is made from particle board which if it gets wet can lead to swelling and coming apart. The bottom of the cabinet is a thin piece of veneer that will not support much weight. The instructions say you can move the door and drawers however when moving the drawers to the other side the screw stripped out. The back of the cabinet is also a thin piece of veneer with no cut outs for connections. When making the cutouts for the plumbing it rendered one of the drawers unusable. The rails for the drawers snap into a hole in the back panel and are very flimsy. The sink does not have a overfill drain and came with several nickel sized holes on the underside of the sink caused by poor manufacturing in Mexico. The construction of the sink also leaves a bit of water that doesn't completely drain out. Be sure when drilling the drawer handle to use a smaller drill bit then the instructions say or the hole will be to big. Spend a little bit more on a quality vanity set rather then this one.

We chose the Home Decorators Collection Sedgewood 36-1/2 in. W Bath Vanity in White with Solid Surface Technology Vanity Top in Arctic with White Sink for our bathroom remodel. I love the classic lines and colors and this really made our bathroom stand out. The doors are self closing, which is nice not to hit your legs on in the middle of the night. The sink is great and everything was very easy to install. Very high quality of materials.

This Home Decorators Sedgewood 24 1/2 inch vanity was exactly what I needed for a half bath/powdr room. It really looks good and we love the Dove Gray finish. At this price point, with the included top/baisin, it is a good buy. The drawer supports connect to the back panel so you will have to be careful with your cutout for your plumbing connections. Vanity is made to easily switch the drawers and cabinet doors to either side of the cabinet as you want or need. As you would expect in vanities in this price range they do use manufactured wood. I used plastic/nylon nail on glides to lift the vanity cabinet slighty off the floor to prodect it from spilled water. Since this is in a half bath I am not worried about a lot of moisture. You can purchase a back splash for the sinktop but to stay in my budget I will use pvc baseboard as a side/backplash. .

This my second vanity from Home Decorators. My other is a 48" marble top that has a lot more features but this one is perfect for my daughter's bathroom a 8x18 area. I'm satisfied with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. I love the coat of paint on this vanity and it should hold up well from stains and moisture buildup from steam. The drawers open and close smoothly along with the main storage cabinet door. The counter top is nice but i wish the sink had a bit of a offset or small overhang. Overall I'm satisfied with the quality and would definitely recommend.

The gray is a very soft tone making it a great piece to go with many different bathroom styles and room colors. The countertop has a subtle speck design to it to give a nice contrast to the white sink. The countertop and sink is a one piece unit. The countertop has 3 holes for mounting your faucet. The cabinet comes pre assembled and all that needs to be done is screwing on the handles and glue down the countertop. The door and drawers can be switched to either side depending on your plumbing needs. This is a very versatile cabinet and sink combination. I would definitely recommend this for updating a bathroom or for a bathroom remodeling.

My workshop bathroom has always had a utility sink that is handy for washing out paint brushes and scrubbing dirty hands but I've always wanted a regular vanity and sink in my shop bathroom. There is plenty of room for both a utility sink and a small vanity sink in the bathroom, so when I saw this 36-1/2 inch Sedgewood Bath Vanity in Dove Gray with Solid Surface Technology Vanity Top in Arctic White I finally took the plunge to add a vanity to my bathroom. The vanity arrived by truck and the delivery driver was kind enough to unload it at my shop and set it on a dolly so I could roll it into the shop bathroom. The packaging of the vanity was very clever so that once the two straps holding the top box to the base box were cut, the whole top box came off and the vanity could be slid into position in the bathroom. Sadly, I didn't read the instructions before drilling a 3/16" hole in the door for the knob screw. Had I read the instructions first, I might have decided to swap the locations of the door and the drawers which is clearly explained in the instructions. Although, since I'm right handed I would have probably chosen to have the drawers on the right anyway so no swap was needed. The fit and finish of the vanity cabinet is good though not up to fine furniture standards. The door and drawers open and close smoothly but are not self-closing like some other vanities. Cutouts for plumbing are up to the user's choice since no pre-cut opening is included in the back of the vanity cabinet. The vanity top and sink is attractive and solid feeling as well as easy to install. I am still awaiting shipment of a faucet with 8-inch spaced knobs to complete the installation of the plumbing. I think the dove gray color will look good in my shop bathroom against the pale blue walls. In fact, I like the color so well that I'm planning to repaint the medium oak medicine cabinet and over-john cabinet to match the vanity.

This is a nice looking vanity and sink combo the color finish looks great. the sink and top combo are well made. The cabinet itself is decent and well built however the quality of the drawer slides and door hinges are not the greatest. The drawers are hard to slide to close. The door hinges are a soft close type hinge which is nice but they are not the best for the price. Installation took about two hours from start to finish. But I have installed plenty of these. A pretty straight forward install. I installed the faucet before securing it down to the cabinet then hooked up the drain and water lines. Which ever side you put the drawers on there is only 2” of clearance space for your water supply valve from the inside of the back of the cabinet to the back of the drawers themselves. I guess what I’m trying to say is the drawers are a bit too long for my set up as my valve for the cold water supply needed 3” of space so I had to install the drawer then mark it and chisel out some of the back of the drawer to make it fit correctly. It’s not the manufactures fault it’s just that my supply valves stick out of the wall too much. I like the feel of the top and it is very easy to wipe clean. I do like the look of the vanity in our bathroom and it has a good amount of new storage space available for us. I definitely recommend this item.
