Bought a couple of these last year and we love them so bought a few more for the rest of the house. Just put 2 new shades up today and so far, they've held together and look great. Can't beat these shades for privacy, light filtering and simplicity.

I purchased three of these blinds and on two of them the shade fabric disconnected from the top rail, rendering them useless. We keep pressing the fabric back to the top and I even added additional double-sided tape, but it will not stay. Unfortunately it is past the return period.

Bought 3 blinds. It has been Installed for less than a month and the fabric separated from top rail on one of the blinds. Thankfully within 90 days so I will disconnect from clamp and request replacement.

I would NOT recommend this product. The shade itself has come loose from the top portion of the blind in less than 2 months.

Easy to assemble and seemed fine out of the box. I've used the same shades in the past in my home and assumed it was the same quality. These are not nearly as good as the ones I purchased 5 years ago and after pulling the shade down once, they completely detached from the header. The shade material is also much thinner and more flimsy than the older ones I own. Don't buy these until they fix manufacturing issues. They haven't even been installed for 2 weeks.

I ordered 6 of these and 3 have detached from the header! Poor craftmanship— now I have to pay to replace!

I bought six of these top down bottom up shades. After 2 days the shades began separating from the head. They are only attached with double sided tape!! Within a week, all six fell apart. Hard to believe something this shoddy is still on the market. Home depot was really excellent about returning them without the boxes etc

I love the design of these shades! They were super easy to install, but unfortunately they haven't held up well. Even with gentle use they separated from the frame within a month! Very sad, because I really love them.

This product worked until it didn't. It lasted one month before it started to come apart at the top. Consider purchasing another brand.

The shade is fine, but there is a clear fabric change with my March 2024 shade from the ones ordered in September 2023 and November 2022 which matched. The revised fabric is noticeably thinner to the touch and more transparent to the eye than the previous which had a fuzzier feel and cooler color temperature. It is most irksome that you can now see the cords through the shade. The new shade was $9 cheaper but the quality would suggest the profit margin increased; we'll see next earnings season.

The blinds themselves are fine but I purchased 4 and they’re all different colors of white. It’s very obvious in person and especially when next to each other. The gray color may not have this issue. Not sure what to do with these now since they were cut to size.

The blinds are beautiful, exactly what we wanted and arrived quickly, but we've had them installed for less than a month and they are already coming apart. the top of the shade appears to just be glued in place and has already pulled away from the rail. I'm really annoyed because it's been nice having this installed, but I will have to return and look elsewhere for a better quality product.

Easy to assemble and look nice, but within less than a week the top part of the shade is separating from the top adhesive plastic piece on multiple of my shades. I also had an issue where the plastic piece was not slid into its track very well causing it to look warped and the top part of the shade to be a little warped looking at the top, and was kind of a pain to fix.

I've had these up in a small newly remodeled bathroom for about 3 weeks. I'm pleased with the way they look and the functionality. Hoping I won't run into any of the problems that some of the lower raters have experienced because these are exactly what I want to be able to use since I wanted a change from curtains.

I've wanted top down shades & was thrilled about this option for at least half of custom shades. Unfortunately, my first set had obvious quality issues so I ordered another 2. While waiting, the better of the two shades started pulling away from the top, revealing that the fabric was merely taped to a plastic sticky strip! The new set came & looked great! Two weeks later and these shades are pulling away from that strip. Looks like I'll have to return these and spring for custom after all.

Easy to cut to size and install. Looks professional.

It was a real easy to assemble, all you need is a drill, pencil and follow directions. It took us less than 15mins to put up both blinds.

You can get them in store & cut to the perfect width for free. After having a top-down bottom up shade at my last house for 15 years, I was disappointed in this one. The shade itself looks nice, other than the strings hanging down. When I go to have to lift it up or down, the whole shade flops around in the window and I have to hold the bottom to be able to pull it up. My other shade I was able to easily adjust with one hand. They don't show that on the store display so know what you're getting.

Pros: more robust horizontal beams (not in weight, but in make - no falling edge pieces), easier up/down motion, magnets to keep up, handy app for instal Cons: there is a metal piece that shows (doesn’t matter since we have valances), you must add the handle because there’s a center piece it covers. Grips tight when you pop them in, so make sure it is centered (can’t center after). If going to be used heavily, would recommend this over the Alro - extra $25 is worth it

Arrived quickly! Blinds were the exact measurement stated online. They were so easy to install. Lightweight and good looking. I love that they can be opened from the top or bottom, which really helps with privacy. We have these in all the upstairs bedrooms and I wish we'd found these before we paid an expensive custom blind place to do our first floor. Highly recommend.

I was very confused about what size to order in the beginning. just know to add a 1/4" from your window measurement if you want zero clearance on each side. they cut it perfectly, and installation was no problem. I don't think they will last forever, but they aren't going to get too much use. For the price I paid, I'm happy.

I use these in all my rentals. They last a long time and they are very easy to install.

Solid experience at a good price. The custom (width) blinds were received within the expected delivery date and were easy to install. They look great and fit the window frame perfectly. My only wish is that the bottom bar/edge had a piece of plastic to grab when lifting the bottom up. The top bar/edge has a clip-on plastic tab to grab which is really nice.

Broke in a year. Cords broke at various points. Expensive product. Should have better materiald

These have visible lift cords hanging from the top rail. They are described as cordless but it's not correct and had to return. I repurchased from a .com company that sells only blinds. Their clearfit option pushes the cords all the way to the sides so they can't be seen. That is what cordless means.

For the price I'm disappointed. EXPOSED INSTALLATION HARDWARE. Your white shades will have bright silver tabs popping out the top. You can see tabs in the photos but it's more noticeable in person. These should be hidden or at least match the color of the shades. No bottom handle to move blinds up - you can pay more for one. Easy to install and custom cutting at the store was great. Look cheap and cost 50% more than competing brands, but they are custom cut so now stuck with them.

6 of 7 shades the cords have frayed and broke in less than one year. No issues with installing them. Until I can afford to buy better at least I can still “close” them by hanging them from the assist magnets at the top but when they’re open it’s an unruly mess. I loved them in the beginning, it’s too bad and sad no one really seems interested in producing quality anymore. As a design engineer I don’t believe a better cord material would have impacted the cost enough to scare me away.

I purchased for all windows in my home. I have purchased them before and love them. Very easy to install and hang. I do them my self. They filter light and give privacy…tops down work great. And can’t beat the cost! Would definitely recommend
