I had these blinds when I bought the house. All three of them broke over the two years since I’ve lived there, and I’ve replaced each one. The 4th set has now broken. The quality is terrible! They didn’t even last a month! The string that retracts the blinds snaps and then they just dangle and the slats fall out. It sucks but I kept buying singles as they broke to match the remaining two, but I can’t keep doing this. Just gonna have to bite the bullet and buy three sets of something quality.

These are really nice blinds!

the trim pieces (that you have to use) are yellow. they are not white like the blinds. it’s HUGELY noticeable and after spending $1000+ on 14 pairs of blinds I was told by customer service to PAINT the trim pieces white to match the blinds! i’d give zero stars if i could because i have to uninstall and pack up and return all these custom blinds. also they know this is an issue and said many customers have called in the past and either return or paint.

These blinds updated my entryway 20 years!! Wow they look fabulous. Easy to install myself (senior lady) They operate easily & are good quality.

Perfect fit; delivered early and easy to self-install. Excellent quality--I saved over $1500 compared to popular online blinds companies.

Even don’t think about replace or fix the string. You can’t get bigger/strong string bc won’t fit the locking system case and hard to re-adjust the metal locking system. Don’t waste your time and energy to fix although the blind is pretty.

I purchased 3 of these in May 2022 and looks pretty but heavy, last only up to March 2023. I went to Home Depot, they said warranty only 7 months . The string is thin and if you use up/down everyday , eventually the string tear, wore off and break. I replaced them with motorized blinds.

These are great. There are so many sizes available online. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money so the price was right as well. They were very easy to install! They just snap into place and gave my windows a clean and crisp new look. I will be buying more.

Not as great as we expected. The hardware doesn't seem to fit properly with existing brackets for mounting, nor do the new brackets fit existing holes. The valance is horrible. It looks cheap and the corner pieces don't even match. Additionally, the valance only covers the hardware, it doesn't extend far enough to cover the actual window opening.

These blinds are decent if you just open and close them with the rod. But they don't last long if you raise and lower them constantly. I bought 12 for my house and already 3 of them have broken lift cords. That is 2 years of daily raising and lowering which is pretty frequent. Prior to that they begin to sag on one side (see picture). You can just tie a new knot in the lift cord to make it shorter on that side. Until it finally breaks...

Nice blinds, easy to install and does the job.

For a woman, this was easy to install. I have limited tools and they worked perfectly. Only needed assistance holding the blinds up when attaching them to the brackets, which I asked my daughter to help. It was so easy to install that I when I found out that one of the bedroom blinds were broken, I went and picked up a new one at Home Depot and installed it that evening. i have 4 other window blinds to replace but will do those at another time since they’re not broken.

Easy install, clean and sleek.

I like the look of the 2inch faux wood blinds. I had over 12 installed for my windows. I do wish that there was an option to have corded vs. cordless as I don't have any small children in the home and my concern being that at some point the mechanism which causes the blinds to be raised up and down will fail, where as you don't really have this issue with the corded version. But overall I was very satisfied.

I order this blind and in the fixing tool I received completely different set which i am not able to use it. Now i need to spend $10 to return this item and $10 to come back. Completely sellers fault but i need to suffer. There is also missing part which helps me to install the stick.

We have had these blind less than a year, they all sit lopsided, when they are closed, when the blinds are closed they still let light in, so they aren’t blackout blinds at all, when you turn the blinds back on themselves, they have a lot of gaps at the bottom, they don’t close up flush, to stop the light coming in, they take to long to close up, you can only close these blind up one way

We bought these blinds for our brand new house that we had built, we bought 24 of these blinds, we had to have three of these blind cut to size, my husband put the blinds up with no trouble, he said they were easy to put up, but I noticed that, when the blinds were open they sit flat on the window seal, but when they are closed they sit lopsided, which doesn’t look good, I have also noticed that some of my blinds are bowed, they don’t sit straight, all of my 24 blinds, all sit lopsided when they are closed, which I hate, I don’t like the cordless blinds, I before the corded blinds, they work a lot better than the cordless blind, I have to get a step ladder out, to push the blinds all the way up, the cordless blinds take a lot longer to close than corded blinds, I wouldn’t buy these cordless blinds again, we also have door window blinds to and they are lopsided when they are open, I wouldn’t buy any blinds from Home Depot

Con: We bought seven of these blinds a month ago. Three of the ends have already broken with minimal use. We only have grandkids over on weekends so I can’t imagine the breakage if we had kids living at home! Sad about our decision to purchase these! Pro: They were easy to install and less expensive than wood blinds

Much different from any blind installation I’ve ever seen bracket wise… other than that it’s only been installed a day so too soon to tell anything else..

These blinds are durable and nice! The thickness of the blinds also give an elegant look to the treatment.

We just bought eight binds for our sunroom. They look beautiful and because they will cut them to size in store- a much less expensive option than custom blinds. Highly recommend

Wanted to update the bedroom. Tgese were very stylish. Blocks out the outside light. The wide white slats brighten the roommak8ng it seem larger.

I bought a related product from Home Depot before. However, i did get the right inches for the width and length on my second purchases. I can confirmed that it is a good product with an experience from my first purchased. The reason for returned is because of a wrong specifications. I got 36" width and 48" lenght instead of 36" width and 68" length.

The blind is crooked especially on the right side. Poorly assembled

I purchased 11 of these in May 2020, installed late June 2020. One of them, the string shredded that is making the blind unusable to bring up. It closes and opens to let light in/out. I called Home Depot to see what the warranty is and was told it’s a wear and tear issue. I find that unreasonable that only after 2 years it is falling apart. The other ones seem to be find for now. I had shades that lasted 15 years. I changed them because they were old and dingy cellular shades. Disappointed
