Blue fan is more teal
Install complete in about an hour for this beginner. The instructions and Home Depot videos were helpful as long as you have experience working with installation guides (like IKEA, do you know what I mean?).
I was disappointed in the color - it’s not a pure blue as in the photo but is greenish blue (maybe teal is a better descriptor). I cannot comment on longevity or the noise yet. Time will tell!

Instructions were easy to understand however actually putting it up was a whole other matter. It was complex and was damaged and had to return it so we decided to get the same fan but with the remote. Much better choice

40 year light bulbs burned out after 3
Overall, love these fans (we have 4 and just purchased a 5th), however, the bulbs went out after 3 years on one of them. After researching, the bulbs are available and are inexpensive, but we shouldn’t have to be replacing so soon if they are guaranteed for 40 years! The light is ok, not very bright in general on any of our fans. The fan is great- keeps room cool and love the remote,
No strings hanging down. Hopefully after changing the bulbs, we won’t Have to do this again for 40 years!

This fan works great, it was easy to install and looks great in our dining room. We have bought 3 of these fans for our house (this one and two for bedrooms) as well as two more of the slightly bigger model that comes with a remote (for living room and master bedroom). We love the way they look in our home. They look clean with the nickle finish and give a modern update to our house.

The “hanging” pole threads were stripped and uneven, I almost returned it, happy accident though, unit looked better and fit better without it. If you use the hanging pole I would recommend not using the remote feature because there’s no room after wire nutz and remote unit are installed. Very tight. Careful with the red unit which is why I bought it. The paint chips and scratches very easy !!! Still love it at the end of the day. Good luck !
