Great value for the money. I am very happy with the quality of the product which was easy to install. The finish on this engineered wood is excellent and was a great match for my existing hardwood flooring. I did not experience any problems with the snap and click system. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to save money and have a great look.

We put this flooring in our entire main level, and we are obsessed with how beautiful it is! The wood grain is sooo pretty, and we love how every piece is unique, yet it creates a beautiful united floor that is sophisticated and timeless. WE would definitely buy this flooring again.

This product was easy to work with according to my installer. It looks absolutely gorgeous. I love the varying lengths and distressing that gives it personality. My poor, old dog does slide around on it! As a floating floor it has a different feel when walking on it, but I don't mind it. It did take forever to ship, so if you need it sooner rather than later you might want to just pick it up at Home Depot. I acclimated this floor for about a week. Installation: underlayment required, no adhesive, click lock.
As a builder for over thirty five years I was particular in the flooring my wife and I chose for our home remodeling project. We found this flooring at HD on a corner kiosk and knew it was exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to install and we both love the random width pattern. My only complaint is as a previous reviewer mentioned, there are no exact match trim / transition pieces for this floor. You either have to make your own or buy something that doesn't match in color. We have had this floor now for almost a year and it still looks great, and it's so easy to clean and take care of! We love it!
Professionally installed, took about 30 hours with two installers, over 1000sf.
Beautiful color- no red or yellow tones, uniform color with varied patterning between planks. It is a dark wood unless you have a lot of light. Planks alternate thin and thick.
Chose this over other click wood options because higher hardness rating. I tried scratching the sample and left a puddle of water on the sample overnight- it dried up and left a watermark that I wiped away. But water in the joint of the sample did cause swelling, as expected. This is two layers of wood sandwiched around fiberboard. The wood sample eventually dried out again.
I thought distressed would be a good choice so I would not be paranoid about the new floor- but it does not give the appearance of a distressed look and I think looks very high-end.
My wife and I installed the Barrett Distressed Hickory wood floor in our bedroom. I liked the way the panels locked together, the floor and underlayment was very easy to install. There was very little cutting to install , the panels came with a half starter panel in ea. box which made it very nice to stagger seams.
The whole floor turned out beautiful, it looks great with the existing wood furniture, We both like it so much I have decided to install the same flooring in another bedroom. We love the finished look.
