These floors make our home look beautiful! I love the color, dark, but with a lot of light undertones. The install process was beyond easy- my 3-year old son was literally clipping them together himself. We have dropped some heavy things on the floors already (including a giant crowbar whoops!) but they actually are holding up. We already put a little scratch in the floor, but because of the hand scraped look, you can't even tell it wasn't already part of the floor! We love them.

I was able to purchase this flooring at a discounted price with the deal of the day. There were only a couple pieces out of 30 boxes with the click lock edge damaged but were still usable. It clicks together easily and my husband installed about 400 sq ft in one day by himself. This flooring is beautiful and looks more expensive than it is. Highly recommended!

we spent many hours painstakingly installing 1,000 SF of this flooring in our home. we did not use transition pieces in the doorways because we wanted a seamless look. it was a lot of work, but it was worth it. it looked beautiful. for about a couple of months. we do have a large dog, and we expected to get scratches on the surface, and we did, but the planks are chipping on the edges in all of the areas we walk in the most. can you say disappointing and heartbreaking?! we LOVE the look of these floors, the price was right, we installed them properly, but the quality of the product is just NOT GOOD. i can barely bear to look at them, because it makes me sick that we wasted our hard earned money. we should have gone with laminate. the display at the store says a hardness rating of 5, despite this website listing giving it a 2. a very expensive lesson learned on this product.

This was our second purchase of the HL hand scraped birch. First purchase was 9 years ago in our kitchen and we decided to blend the new with some leftovers in another room. Though the tint was slightly different (expected since it's been 9 yrs), we mixed the two batches and it still looks very beautiful.

I purchased as one of the "special buy of the day" and got a great deal. The product is very sturdy; I only noted 2 or 3 damaged pieces (minor) and I was able to install with only causing minor damages to 3 or 4 more pieces. It looks great in my study.

we were looking for this type of flooring for awhile. it was unfortunate that I found the sample in the store, but it is only a special order item. added a delay, but the delivery was very smooth and they made an appointment with a four hour window. all went we.. with the pallet of wood that we ordered placed very close to the house for ease of unloading

Just installed these in the master bedroom, they look awesome. Very easy to install, although the size of the pieces is not very consistent. I bought 10 cases, and only two of them included the 1/4 and 3/4 pieces (along with the full pieces). The other 8 had half pieces with the full planks. In order to properly stagger them, I had to cut many of the 1/4 and 3/4 pieces at the beginning of the rows. Minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. We love how they look and feel, great buy.

Installed this in my living room and it looks great. Very high quality and it was very easy to install. I would highly recommend this product.
