The Spa itself gets a 5 Star Ranking, it is everything I had hoped for. It is spacious, and heat up impressively fast for a 450gal tub. Its jets are adjustable from gently to Hard, so this tub is for both those looking for a tub to relax in as well as for the person who needs the deep tissue massage. I have had it for two weeks and used it 7 times (would use it more but weather isn’t cooperating). Here is my reasoning for 3 stars… I ordered this tub in late November and at purchase Home Depot stated estimated delivery date Dec 8-14th. Unfortunately it did not arrive until Dec 29th which caused my family to change our New Year’s vacation. Home Depot support team was nice but not able to help. I felt it was intentionally misleading to get the tub delivered before the holidays…

Product fell short of expectations. The Hot Tub leaked and Home Depot and Spa representatives were less than professional in resolving the issue. I will not be purchasing another thing from Home Depot or the Spa company. I am now trying to get Home Depot to come and remove this defective product. This has been a nightmare.

Hello, we are very sorry to hear that the spa has fell short of you expectations. The best method for resolving your issue will be to contact our Warranty Department at 423-349-2900 Opt 6. If the item is still under the labor warranty they will be able to send a service technician. Even if the item is outside of labor warranty, they will be able to advise hoe to handle further or advise you how to repair it.

I love it. It is big and roomy. It has strong jets. It has lots of jets. I saved thousands over buying from the local dealer. The only snag in the process was getting it delivered. The trucking company wasn't prepared for such a large delivery. I rented a forklift to get that taken care of. No problems at all installing it.

The Good:
This is a Great Spa!
It excels at being a spa; Well Designed, each seat has a different jet layout. this makes it great for finding the perfect massage for you. Two pumps and good direction valves give plenty of massage power where you want it to go.
The OK:
Sound system is good
One small light, it is nice and gives good ambiance, but it is not a light show.
The need to improve:
Water fall...Two sad little squirt jets.
Insulation... I live in Minnesota, I was told this comes with the winter insulation package. It does not...

Home Depot is awesome! There were several issues and Home Depot took care of all of them quickly and efficiently.
I am happy with this unit and recommend it.

excellent product spent two days enjoying it, the spa arrive in perfect physical condition heats well has good pressure on all jet, silent when running the two pump, beautiful lighting from the red, green and blue background, covertor not have much quality is dana easily at the seams manual is very complicated should be more explanatory and include more information from the chemical treatment but recommend the product has been a very good investment.

Most bang for your buck
After some difficulty with the delivery, which Home Depot resolved satisfactorily, the spa is being utilized on a daily basis. The quality and value of the unit is outstanding. The spa heated to 102 degrees in five hours and the quality of the sound with MP3 system exceeded expectations. Very satisfied with the product and performance. After reviewing other spas this unit gives you the most bang for your buck.
