It is a nice tub, but unfortunately the water leaks through the bottom of the door. I have dealing with Homewardbath for two weeks now, trying to find a solution. I have not heard from them for a week or so, I have sent a follow up e-mail, trying to find out what are the next steps.
I am really hoping that they can replace the door or something, because the bathroom remodeling is completed.
I was very interested in this product until I read the reviews.
Needless to say, I do not do business with company that treat their customers this way.
ITS VERY RUDE TO WRITE IN ALL CAPS. ITS COSTING YOU BUSINESS.

my wife is partially handicqpped and i was looking for a tub replacement but after reading how rude this company is to ALL of their customers and to questions about their product i will look elsewhere......hopefully this serves as a clear warning to all future buyers
