Works as expected. I will probably try "lubing" the threads/o-rings with WD-40 next time I screw/un-screw this union.

The reason I rated this a 3 is because it turns out that Unions like this are not interchangeable...
The reason I rated this a 3 is because it turns out that Unions like this are not interchangeable between manufacturers. To be clear, the female part of this union will not mate up with an existing male part of a union from another manufacturer. I ended up calling our sprinkler company for something I really thought I could handle myself.
