My wife assembled this shoe rack in less than 30 minutes using a screwdriver. We installed this in our kitchen next to the door leading to our garden. As you can see by our photo, we make full use of the storage area. The wood itself is well planed and smooth to the touch. The bamboo wood is lightweight but sturdy, and very portable with top handles at each end. We're well pleased with our shoe rack and other than it being small compared to many others, we make full use of it for our needs. We highly recommend it.

This is a 6-pair shoe rack. It fits three normal adult pairs of shoes on each shelf with a little room to spare. There's no way you can fit four pairs there.
It was very splintery and only diligence while assembling it prevented me from getting stabbed with a sliver of wood.
That said, it was easy to assemble and it works fine as a shoe rack. For six shoes.
