This rack assembled with no hardware and falls apart as easily as it went together. I tried to hang a few quilts on it and it fell over. May hold a few lightweight garments, but twists and falls when it is rolled.

Not hard to assemble and it is useful but not too strong especially if you put or takeout clothes from the rack roughly. Also have not test it yet if it will hold 20 clothes or pants .I only put the most is 10 for now. Good price if you got it on special price like near 20$ but no more than that. The bottom part should be sealed so that you can put a few books or telephone directories then it may stay more stable. For light use everyday is perfect.

I always have my clothes on a stack on the couch. Until now, I love my new rack. I originally bought it for garage sales but I am putting on in a closet for guest and the other in my living room to keep the laundry moving to everyone's rooms.

Quick delivery, just 2 days. HOWEVER...2 of the lower bars were missing from the box. The plastic bag holding them made it. Called HD right away and was promised replacement parts would be 3-5 working days. Day 6 is here and no parts.

The product was as expected but customer service from this company is terrible. I called the manufacturer with a concern and the first day no one answered the phone. The second day I got someone and requested a missing part. I was told to expect it in 5-7 business days, but I am still waiting.

as some other reviewers have observed, this is a useful clothes cart, but could use some "enhancements" to add strength and stability ... *please reference the pictures I've attached to this review for further explanation - thanks ... my finished rack is shown in picture 1 ... one of the review comments concerns front-to-back tilting, so I added 2x3 sections to add 5 inches to the front and back length of the side base rails, shown in picture 2 ... I used #8 wood screws, 3 inches long and added "cupped" finishing washers to better distribute the attachment force from the base rail to the 2x3 ... you can see the finishing washer detail in picture 2 ... I tossed the flimsy plastic casters (supplied) and used HD's stronger Everbilt 1 1/2" swivel casters (SKU 849851) ... again, I used the versatile 2x3 for my cross-member to add lateral strength, shown in picture 3 ... I found the perfect attachment device in HD's electrical section in the form of a #2 conduit clamp (SKU 767735, all of 78 cents) providing good screwed attachment from the 2x3 to the vertical bar of the rack ... with the clamps screwed to the 2x3 I removed the bolt and nut and increased the opening to allow insertion - at an angle - to the vertical bars, restoring the nut and bolt and tightening ... with these simple mods the rack is much stronger when I roll it around

This rack is the absolute worst. Very easy to put together. However, every time I hung something on the rack the entire rack fell down several times. It needs some weight at the bottom. The rack doesn't stay still. I even had my brother try and same thing happened to him. Its very cheap and easy to break apart.

      useful for laundry area
I put a waist-height folding table in my laundry area a couple of years ago, and that turned out to be a very smart move. Adding this rolling garment rack next to it was pretty smart, too. I assembled it myself in less than 10 minutes. I didn't have any problems deciphering the pictures in the instructions, or getting the pieces tight enough. It rolls smoothly, but once it's in place locking the wheels is key. The rack is especially useful when I dry my queen-size quilt. The dryer never gets it more than half-way dry, so I can drape the damp quilt over the folding table and the garment rack and air-dry the quilt all the way through. When hanging shirts etc., you do need to space your garments evenly to keep the weight distributed so that it doesn't fall over, but that is to be expected.

      LAUNDRY HELPER
The double bar steel rolling garment rack is an inexpensive way to handle your clean hanging laundry directly out of the dryer, to the hanger and then simply roll it to your closet and unload. By doing this I have cut down on some of the ironing I used to do because of clean shirts sitting in a clean laundry bin waiting to be hung. I love the adjustable height the rack has because you can use it for anything from shirts to pants and even longer dresses. I even use the rack as a drying rack for items I do not want to place in the dryer. With the stainless steel rods on the rack, this keeps rust from getting on my clothes.

      Very stable - easy roll
I had a problem putting the parts together. I couldn't seem to push hard enough to seat the pieces into the connectors, and the rack was wobbly. I used a hammer to tap (lightly) until they were seated tightly. When I did that, the rack became stable. The height of the racks are adjustable for blouses (short) and dresses (longer). The wheels are easy to roll across carpet and flooring. The locking wheels stops the wheels from moving. I'm sure if you put enough clothes (weight) on one side it would tip (I didn't try it.), but the few I put on just one side did not make it unstable and tipsy. I am semi-retired and will use this to put some of my work clothes out at a yard sale. That way they won't end up on the ground.

        Excellent Clothing Rack!
The quality of the 'Honey Can Do' Garment rack is excellent. Assembling it takes only about 5-10 minutes. The black and chrome finish of the sturdy steel frame looks modern and clean. The height of each rack is adjustable, individually. The wheels make it easy to move around. two of the wheels lock. The rack measures 32.8" long x 20.8" wide x 39.76" - 67" high. The rack has 60" of hanging space. It is lightweight but sturdy. Highly reccomended.

        Poor assembly instructions
The Honey-Can-Do Model # GAR-01119 Flared Double Bar Steel Rolling Garment Rack includes an instruction book for assembly. Unfortunately, the instructions do not clearly identify the different pieces so when it tells you to install a bar, there are numerous bars to pick from (some black, some chrome, some thick, some thin, etc.) and it is difficult to figure out the correct one. Fortunately, the box had a picture of the assembled product so I basically used the picture to perform my assembly. Once assembled the product seems flimsy due to numerous plastic components, a narrow base (also plastic) and no low to the ground weight to help prevent tip over. Add to this the hanger bars are offset out from the base so when weight from clothing is applied it needs to be evenly balanced on each side or the unit could tip over. I like that the two top bars for hanging clothes can be adjusted vertically but the lock mechanism takes significant force to engage. In addition, since the bars are tied together with plastic connectors, one can adjust the height in a way that the bar becomes unlevel. If you need a product to hang some towels on to dry or to use temporarily with only a few items, this product will work for you. If you intend to use the product full time and for numerous items of clothing or jackets, I suggest looking for an alternative product.

        Easy Assembly
Assembling this rack could not have been easier. Absolutely no tools were needed. I just had to look at the picture, insert the pieces and smack with the palm of my hand. When I began to roll it, it was not as sturdy as I would have liked. When I tried to roll it on the rug, it became very wobbly. It met my needs very well because of its design and the ability to easily access my clothes and see them all at a quick glance. This is far from the quality of commercial rolling racks.

Takes up too much room when hangars are added. I would have liked it to be closer to the wall it's a least 5 inches from the wall once you add hangars. The unit came with a broken wheel. Didn't have time to return it or purchase a new wheel. It feel over the first time I added clothes so make sure you are balanced in adding clothes. Not as sturdy as I had hoped.

        Nice Design, Not Sturdy
I really like the design of the Flared Double Bar Steel Rolling Garment Rack in Black/Chrome. I also was impressed with the adjustable level of one of the sides, it is a feature I could use often. However, I found the rack time consuming and difficult to put together. Once it was together it was not as sturdy as I hoped it would be. The other issue I have run into is while the rack is on wheels and designed to be moved, the bottom rungs detach when the unit is moved. To be fair this could be my fault for not securing them correctly when I assembled the unit.

        Poor Design and extremely Flimsy
I loaded it full to clear our closet of unused items. I have tried everything to keep using this rack; wrapped bungy cords around the lower frame and a box of items sitting on the bottom rack to stabilize it. Every time it's moved, it gets out of whack; the frame gets twisted and I have to twist it back straight. 1. If you hang this rack (anywhere near) full of clothing, you need to use something to add weight to the bottom rack. When full, it's top heavy, the frame becomes twisted and leans in the direction that heavier weight is hanging. Shoes don't add much weight to the rack. This has a lightweight plastic base, plastic wheels, (&oddly enough) metal shoe supports, upright metal frame and adjustable upper racks. It's ok, if you plan to use it strictly for childrens clothing, only a few items, only coats, only at it's lowest level; you can use it successfully. It is not heavy duty. It is light, unweighted, unbalanced. If you hang 1 coat on 1 side, you better hang an equal weight on the other side, or place weight on the shoe rack. Would not recommend purchase
