I would recommend this product but only for those who do not wish the bother of returning it and will "make do" with the product sent. The canvas and bamboo shelves are strong enough to bear the weight for which I intended this item. However, the item I ordered was to have a hook and rotate 180 degrees. The packaging even indicated hook included, but no hook and no rotation. What the organizer has is a strip with Velcro attached to wrap around the closet pole, therefore no rotating the organizer. I decided not to return since I did not wish to put more time into waiting for the correct item and since the packaging indicated a hook included, I wasn't very confident I would receive the correct item on the return.

Photo shows hangers at the top of the shoe organizer, but the product that came has a wide velcro wrap at the top instead. As my closet has narrow metal hanger sections, I need the former type of product, so I will be returning this.

It holds 10 pairs of my woman's size 9 shoes. It works fine except it does ...
It holds 10 pairs of my woman's size 9 shoes. It works fine except it does not have the two metal hangers at the top as the item in picture or as described. It has a Velcro flap to hang over your closet pole. So far the Velcro is holding up but I wanted the steel hooks for hanging.
