I am so happy these lovely old fashioned clothes pins are still being made and sold. With Flying Colors, Inc. uses them to make Guatemalan "worry dolls". Our students love handling these simple wooden pins.

Although this item is well made, it did not work with clothes on my clothesline. I think the slot needs to be a little wider as it did not work with even a t-shirt. I imagine this depends on the size of the clothesline you have as well.

The slot in these are too narrow to hold the line and a piece of laundry. I had to drill a hole at the terminus of the slot to allow the legs to spread wider. These would be fine for crafters though.Unfortunately for me I actually wanted these for their intended purpose.

These wooden clothes pins are well-made. The2 packs we received didn't have flaws in construction. The gap in the clothes pins is really tight on our clothesline, to the point that some of the pins popped off our line when we used them. It would be better to make them with a wider gap for the clothes line. We are using braided clothes line. If a person were using wire clothes line, the gap would be ideal.
