We got rid of our old lock in favor of this one. Each person in our family has his or her own code. The kids don't have a key to lose. They are able to let themselves into the house. It's also great to go for a run without worrying about carrying my keys along. Installation and setup were easy. The lock fit perfectly where the existing deadbolt was located.

Unit is very good once installed, like it a lot. No problems. The directions to install weren't totally explicit, so it took me a few shots to get it to work properly. Otherwise wood have given it an excellent.

It works well, they use a quick set key way but it is not a smart lock, so I had to have it RE- keyed by a lock smith and that added to the overall cost. They were unable to RE-key it at the Home Depot.

This is a poor quality door lock. After 1 1/2 hrs getting this installed and set up - We come to find out that you CAN NOT lock the door from the inside without the key being in the keyhole, which is on the outside! I tried to get in touch with CS, but, only Monday thru Friday 8-5pm. Really? Needed CS on the weekend. I would not recommend this for anyone. Returning this item.
