Ordered online and all went exactly as communicated. Outstanding service including associate helpfulness and kindness. This purchase was a replacement for routine filter maintenance (every six months). Home Depot is my go-to source due to ease of purchase.

Filter is listed as 4” deep but is actually 4 3/8.

Great filter. I signed up for the subscription so Home Depot sends me one automatically so I don’t have to remember to change it out every 3-4 months.

This works great but I wish it was offered in Merv 11 too.

These air filters are the best and make a big difference in filtering compared to others. Be sure to buy the highest rated MERV to ensure best air filtering results. I suggest Home Depot sell thesr filters in two packs like the other brands. This way they can offer a discount for the buyer. Encouraging the consumer to buy two and save on a quantity buy make sense. The buyer then has sufficient replacements for a year.

Returned item; purchased the wrong product

It is the correct size and has a very good MERV 12 rating. This is the first one that I have purchased as it is the first time that my new A/C unit needs a filter change. There was a problem with finding the best one in the store stock. There were many either bent on the corner or in the middle. Some had the pleated filter media folded over near the edges. Since I was satisfied with the condition of the "one" I purchased I assume that it will meet my expectations.
