I've use this a couple times and it is great for what it is intend for. Easy to put on, soak in and wipe off, repeat if needed. Here is two cutting boards with this product and only this product as a finish.

Used this on my 2 cutting boards I made. I put on 3 coats. Could have put on at least 2 more coat...
Used this on my 2 cutting boards I made. I put on 3 coats. Could have put on at least 2 more coats but after the 3rd coat I used another Howard product with mineral oil and waxes which helped to seal the boards. Excellent product.

Excellent oil. I am now on the 3rd coat on a new cutting board I made. It is very clear and does not discolor the wood grain and penetrates well. I put it on heavy and let it soak into the wood. When you put it on heavy it takes about 2 to 3 hours to penetrate the grain depending on the temperature.

I put this on my cutting board that gets daily use and it looked like new. I also put it on a brand new cutting board I just made and the final result was really nice. I recommend this and also get the conditioning wax to go with it.
