The fan in this heater is too weak. Think of the fan in your computer. This heater's fan has the output strength of six or eight of those computer fans. To give you an idea, last night it was in the low 50s outside. I put this fan in a 15' x 20' room. After two hours the middle of the room felt exactly the same. After four hours it was no longer chilly, but not "toasty warm" unless I sat down right in front of the heater.
It's a shame because it looks beautiful, but I bought a heater, not a piece of furniture. So I'll be returning it. I can't justify spending $200.00 (with tax) on a heater that does a worse job than units that are a quarter of its price.

Fan motor locked up only after a few days and would not blow air. Thermostat, became erratic as well. Returned unit. Home Depot was very helpful and made the return easy.

Is very quite and attractive finish. Room it is in is very large and 3/4 is glass and two large sliding glass doors. I did not expect it to completely heat the room, however it does take chill off the room and allows us to use the room.

I brought another name brand heater and got a bad result and took it back at the store. Then I order the Hunter heater and got a better result. The Hunter heater was more like my old heaters I had in the past.
