The fan works as intended but the installer had difficulties setting up the remote. The lights also did not work, it was dimmer with two bulbs in vs one light. I will be returning this as soon as I have a replacement.

This fan is beautiful. I saw reviews where people said it wobbles. It was probably installed improperly. My electrician installed mine, and even on the highest speed, there’s no wobbling. It also matches my bedroom décor perfectly. I highly recommend this ceiling fan.

The fans hanging bracket did not fit my existing light fixtures which caused me to have to rig it in order to hang it. Plus my 1st purchase of a ceiling fan it was defective and had to be returned. Not very happy Home Depot.

This fan/light combo looks great and installed easily. Low profile is perfect for lower ceilings but it also has a longer down rod for taller ceilings. Price was mid-range, but the combo appears and works like upper range equilivents.

Fantastic, quiet, attractive fan. Great for a TV room or Bedroom as this fan is silent!!!

Nice design however wobbles a lot, had to return two because how bad they wobbled. Save your time and money and invest in the Hampton bay or Home Decorations brand

Love the look and that it's quiet. Only one change i would make: put the direction switch on the outside of the fan body so you don't have to climb up, twist and remove the glass cover. It would be more user-friendly and safer to utilize.

Beautiful fan and very easy to follow instructions. Purchased 4 of the same fans and love them.

This fan functions well and has a generally good appearance. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: - Overall good appearance (looks nice, appears sturdier than it is) - bulbs easy to replace - fan speeds are decent - blades are reversible with decent light wood vs java options - Works well with after market remote assembly kit. - has separate wiring for light/fan which makes wiring to remote assembly kit or dual control switch easier CONS: - this was one of the more difficult fans i've had to put together. - First, the light assembly demands that you install a 3rd screw in the wiring box, which is quite difficult to reach/screw. Then it takes quite some manipulation to secure all of the wires into the box when finished. - the canopy cap was difficult to install because the ceiling bracket has tabs that protrude out. you have to bend the cap on both sides to get the cap over these tabs. and because of the mounting bumpers on the bracket, the cap doesn't look flush to the ceiling. - The instructions require the blades to be mounted last - after the fan unit is hung. You can imagine how difficult this is to achieve if the fan is 9-10 feet off the ground. - the blades are not the most durable that i've seen, but appear to be satisfactory enough. - The top of the downrod that hangs on the bracket is triangular and protrudes out past the canopy cap. so instead of simply seing brushed nickel pole emerging from the cap, you see a black triangular head. THis doesn't look as clean as i've seen on other fans. Bottom Line: if you're in love with the fan and blade colors - and are handy enough to endure mildly painful install, then go for it. Otherwise, i imagine there's better options.

I went to HD and purchased two Hunter fans, the 46 in. Antero in brushed nickel, for my kitchen and bedroom. The first one in the kitchen went up just fine. The bedroom fan had a horrible high pitched hum to it, so I had to return it for a different one. No big deal I thought, every company has a faulty product once in a while. It was really annoying to have put it together and installed it and then had to return it, but whatever. I decided to order the 54 in. white model for my living room. I am pretty unhappy with this product. First of all, the smaller downrod was misshapen and unusable (see photo) so I was forced to either use the longer downrod or wait for a new one to be shipped. I decided to just use the longer downrod. It was very difficult to screw in because then paint/powdercoating was all over the threads and I was basically scraping it off the interior threads as I screwed the downrod in to the motor housing. Second, the whole fan is a nice white color, then they didn't bother to use white screws for the collar at the ceiling (see photo) so there are bright stainless steel screws visible when everything else is white. It's the little things that matter, and I feel like this was an oversight. Also, when they painted/powdercoated the metal paddles that hold the fan blades, it is way too thick inside the screwholes for the fan blades. This made screwing the fan blades in extremely difficult. The screws were not crossthreaded, I made sure of that. I had to push down extremely hard and really torque the screwdriver pretty hard in order to get about half of the fan blade screws in. It was made extra difficult by the fact that their screw heads are more of a phillips 2.5, so if I didn't push down extremely hard the bit would try to slip out of the screw head and strip it. I tried it with several screwdrivers, and it was the same result. I was using quality Klein and Milwaukee screwdrivers and bits, so it is definitely their phillips heads being too "loose" around the screwdriver bit. It was like this on all three fans, (two from in store, one from online) so that is just how their screws are. Overall, the fan is pretty quiet and it looks good. Installation was nowhere near as simple as one I installed a few days ago that was Home Decorations brand. I might recommend the brushed nickel model, but probably not this white model. Hunter needs to step up their QC and overall quality game.

This is for the model 59268 Anslee bronze fan. Installing the fan body was a piece of cake. Installing the light kit was a pain. You have to thread the screws thru a jungle of wires a seen in the photos. If you install this yourself just beware.

Easy to assemble and Installed in less than an hour. Love the fact the blades are reversible because we have a “beach” theme in most of the house, but some rooms the black blades work better. Replacing 20+ year old fans and will be buying more of these.

Beautiful finish, remote control and motor is Silent!

Started to install this fan and the light kit assembly was warped and we couldn't even put it together. We live a 40 minute ferry ride away and now have to make a second trip (already returned a defective fan) to return. Very frustrating!

My husband and I installed this fan ourselves. It's beautiful and boy does it MOVE the air. So happy with this purchase. Fairly simple install for two novices, we were just replacing an old fan with this one so no electrical work for us to do.

We have had this fan for about a month. The design is clean and simple, exactly as expected. It arrived at the store in the time promised. Installation was not difficult. We like the light kit very much, the light is not harsh, but illuminates well. This fan does not have a remote control, which is what we wanted. No need to pay extra for a feature you don’t need! It is quiet and cools the room nicely. We are very pleased with the fan.

I love the fan but the remote is a nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and just get the fan. If you install the remote, you can only use the remote and the light switch is then useless.

Not an easy assembly. Two person job. Hanging assembly different than past fans hung in the last year. Light assembly kit way too complicated, putting wiring back into small casing, trying not to damage wiring or pull chain housing inside of small casing!

This fan is everything and more! Great investment!

Just put this fan up yesterday. It was easy to assemble and install and looks great. It’s quiet and moves plenty of air. Not sure about long term reliability but I’ll update this review down the road if an issues arise. It doesn’t seem quite as well manufactured as older Hunter fans I’ve had experience with so time will tell. Installation was easy and the directions are good. The light kit was a little cumbersome to attach because the wires are bit crowded in the compartment but you just have to move them around to get to the screws. The included off-brand 3000k 800 lumen 9 watt led bulbs are dimmable and throw off quite a bit of light. I prefer softer 2700k light so I swapped them out. I have recessed cans in the bedroom so this fan light won’t get much use anyway. If it’s your only source of light in the room you may want to use some brighter higher wattage bulbs. With the included 3” downrod there was plenty of room to install the blades after the fan is mounted to the ceiling using an average sized Phillips screwdriver. I don’t see how the included shorter downrod would be any different, but maybe have a stubby Phillips screwdriver on hand just in case. I’ll let this fan do it’s thing for a few months and update my review if anything changes, but for now we’re loving this fan.

Love the look of this fan!! It was an easy install for my husband. Great air movement. Don't have a single complaint other than I wish it came with a remote, but it was easy enough to add a universal remote to it. Very happy with my purchase!

This ceiling fan has a sleek design and is good quality. The fan runs quietly and produces cool air throughout the whole room. I highly recommend this ceiling fan.

The 54" Antero was packed extremely well and was fairly easy to assemble and install. The fan is super quiet and the airflow is great! We love the modern style. We are very happy with our purchase.

The fan works well for the bedroom. We purchased 3 different brands of fans for our villa. The Hunter was the hardest to install. If I were to purchase another fan I am not sure I would go with Hunter based on installation difficulties.

We are very happy with this fan. We bought it as a replacement for one in our bedroom. Installation was fairly easy and it looks beautiful with the greyed wooden blades.

This remote came in a bundle. It is a universal remote, very easy to install just above the motor. No need to run any extra wires. Perfect for my lanai because I was able to wire my new fan to an outdoor outlet and just use this remote to turn on the fan, adjust the fan speeds. My fan does not have a light attached so I cannot comment on the light function on the remote.
