Bad all around. Dont buy it!!!!! Electrical connection doesnt work fully. One flickers all tge time. Another one only turns fan on light died and bulb is unreplaceable. So oretty much if it breaks you toss tge entire unit!!!! Ugh

    Turns on sporadically, if at all.
    The fan was installed by a top notch electrician, and worked fine that morning. Turned it on later in the evening, the remote only turnee the light on/off and the fan wouldn't engage. Downloaded the app, now the remote doesn't work and the fan/light responsiveness are so delayed that it took FIFTEEN MINUTES for the fan to turn on after it was powered on via the app. Today I had to hand-turn the fan to engage the motor, which is slowly spinning but unresponsive to speed changes. Garbage product.

      The remote was supposed to be initialized to the fan , however I couldn’t get anything to work , until I recalibrated it . Which was simple , but that procedure wasn’t in the instructions .

        Easy to assemble and hang but had difficulty linking to smart phone & Alexa. The difficulty was confusing terminology in the instructions, which used the phrase 'sync remote to the fan' ( a process already done) when it really meant linking the remote to the phone. Once I figured that out, it went smoothly.

        Poor Quality, bad warranty experience
        My fan stopped working a month after installation. The fan does not spin. Light works fine. So there is nothing wrong with the electrical connection. It has been a more than a month talking with the customer care. I have filed warranty claim as well. No body responds to the email nor do they pick up the phone. Wait times on phone are north of 1 hour no matter when you call. I will never buy Hunter product nor would recommend them to anyone.
