This fan is an excellent value, it runs so silent and it looks great! There are more expensive models out there but if what your looking for is a good quality fan for an affordable price then look no further!

Installed a HAMPTON BAY. Buzzed like an old doorbell buzzer. Bought two HAMPTON BAY. At least Hampton is consistent. BOTH had identical buzz/hum noise. No amount of mounting isolation will stop this as it is internal to the motor. In a quiet bedroom you'll having dreams of sleeping next to an energized 1500KVA substation transformer. Bought two HUNTER units. One was grossly out of balance even without blades attached. The other unit had DRY BEARING NOISE! ALL units returned for refund.

From a design perspective, this fan does that and that's about it. Performance is horrible. It says there's three speeds. High works fine. However, speed 2 (medium) barely moves any air. You can barely tell the difference when switching between medium and low speed. I have Hunter fans throughout my house and this is the first fan from Hunter I've purchased that I've been disappointed with. Not sure what Hunter was trying to do here with the speed settings but they failed miserably. This fan will be returned.

So far, so good. Easy enough to install. Installed in bedroom. Runs like a champ.

If your looking for a ceiling fan to blow tons of air, this isn’t the fan for you. It’s only good for looks!

The matte nickel looks more like dull silver and does not match our other Hunter fans. The blade installation is the old multi screw type which is time consuming and frustrating. And it took several tries before I could get the wobble to stop. Not as happy with this one as the previous models.

Great ceiling fan. Just what I wanted

The fan was easy to install. Worked well…for about 4 months. Then the lighter speeds stopped working so it was full power or nothing at all. And now, at a year mark it’s not even turning at all. I should’ve just stuck by the reviews so I wouldn’t have wasted my money.
