Good quality durable the hexagonal form inside make really effective toll

Needed to use deep-well socket for small project - worked as expected.

Had to replace battery in car and didnt have the right socket to get the terminal off. Bought this item and it worked perfect and saved me alot of time.

Needed a deep socket because I didn’t bring all my tools with me.

The Husky 3/8" Drive 3/4" 6 Point SAE Deep Socket looks good with its slick smooth shinny surface. One end has a 4 sided indention that fits well on a 3/4" drive ratchet. The other end has a 6 sided indention that slips right onto a 3/4" nut or bolt head. The extra depth, compared to a regular socket, easly slides over the protruding end of a bolt in order to reach the nut that needs tightening. I like that. if this one were to be lost I would buy another.

This socket worked out great. They had the nut on a long bolt so that I needed a special tool that would have cost 3 times as much or a deep socket like this one. Plus, Home Depot quickly delivered it.

The backside where 3/8 key is, is very concave. The socket won’t stay in place on a common socket tray. Very annoying having loose sockets like that.
