Nice solid product. I was able to install myself. Would have been much easier with two people. I ordered two for my garage. Please note in the instructions it says you cannot mount two of these on the same rafters.

I’ve ordered 2 of these. There were slight differences between them oddly enough. Different fasteners and hardware. Aside from that, they are good quality. Just slightly overpriced.

I like the adjustable size options very much. The assembly and installation instructions are less than adequate.

Worked 8 hrs probably another 2 to finish. The instructions are very deficient. Many components look identical, and are not identified in the packaging. Don’t throw away the box cover it has a picture that you’ll need. It looks like it will be great after opening up tangs and etc, etc. I am handyman experienced 40 yrs putting stuff together. If your not pass this up; until instructions are improved.

Worked great to free up floor space and take advantage of airspace in high ceiling storage unit.

My box was missing instructions so that tells me it was opened already before I got it. Can someone tell me what these were supposed to be used for? I have the whole thing installed but these weren't mentioned in the online manual.

These are by far the worst instructions on any product I’ve ever. There are pictures showing the exact opposite thing.

Good quality and easy to install. installation with a helper is better.

Rugged and unobtrusive. Quite heavy, and had to have a professional install it for me. But, the weight is relevant to its ruggedness.
